What did you think of Baker Mayfield’s first NFL start?

    • Rknee Gordon says:

Skip and Shannon: UNDISPUTED Kid showed he was worth pick. He made some rookie mistakes, I have a feeling he won’t look like a rookie for long.

    • John Black says:

Baker is a winner and those loser including Hue cannot stand it.

    • T-Fit YouTube Channel says:

Skip and Shannon: UNDISPUTED BAKER IS GOING TO BE LEGENDARY! BUT Tyron needs to start RIGHT NOW this season, TYROD Didn’t know anything to lose the job. I Still Don’t think Mayfield did any to FLAT-OUT win yet. This next game is important! The turnovers must drop

    • myko freder says:

So far yes, he checks the boxes I feel are important. He is accurate, he doesn’t stare at 1 receiver, he goes down field, he can find receivers, he gets rid of the ball quickly.

    • Charles E. Morris, III says:

Turnovers in a loss sullied his effort

  2. Kang says:

    Blame the refs. Period

    • SKULFRAKproDukshunz says:

      🤜🤛 yep

    • Jayson Tatum’s Burner Account says:

Blame the refs for taking away Marshawn Lynch’s touchdown? Did the refs throw those picks? Did the refs fumble the ball? Game would’ve been over if they called Lynch’s TD. They should of lost and I was surprised they were still in it while having 4 turnovers.

  3. GR says:

Skip ready to blame Browns loss on LeBron.

  4. reservedintelligence says:

    Baker’s last interception killed them

  5. Josh Norris says:

The Browns are trending in the right way. I’m impressed. They are better than their record shows.

  6. MixDatSalt says:

He hung 42 on them and got an extra bad call against him (2-1.) Obviously gotta limit the turnovers but it’s not all on Baker.

    • VAUGHAN BACKUP says:

wait what were some of u watching? He only hung 12 on them ..the run got 22… kicking got 8 ..u cant give him all 42 ..he facilitated 22 sure thing 2 int’s .and took 4 sacks ..he is gonna be awesome as long as his line protects him..but lets be 100 with no bias he made good scripted plays and his reads were decent but hey lets give cred where its due he hung 12 on em ..still better than tyrod though

    • Super Rud says:

a house call interception ,and a fumbled snap on your own 20? Baker played good but it was his fault they loss

  7. Jp Starlin says:

“Baker Mayfield puts up the most points ever in first career start”. Sam Darnold put up 48 points in his. That’s more than 42. Time to get your facts right Skip.

  8. Daniel Pezzi says:

If Baker was Wentz skip would have given him an F

    • SuperPunch76 says:

The real Hoop talk it’s not their job to be objective. Everyone knows Skip isn’t objective. Their only job is to be entertaining. That’s ultimately why people are tuning in.

    • Owen Darville says:

Everyone not named Dak, Brady, or Baker will get a F for that performance from Skip. Even though I do agree it’s not all on Baker. He and the defense didn’t play all that well

    • ADÍ Rodriguez says:

Daniel Pezzi he would have expelled him 😂

    • To Release is To Resolve says:

The real Hoop talk nope. These guys are pundits, they are just here to give opinions.

  9. MultiKushie says:

Baker made mistakes. Defense made mistakes. Ref made mistakes. Hue did, Gruden did, Car did. It was a good dame all around. Browns still look good. They not gonna win everything

  10. Derek Andrew says:

Skip talking about first downs being ruled back! Did he complain about that when DAL beat OAK on the same type of call?

  11. VrQz Silent #Bulls2022Champs says:

I’d be surprised if they even mention Trubisky today

  12. LeeTravius Mckay says:

Shannon “myles garrett over there chugging grape galorade”😂

  13. Jack S says:

6:24 the back of the camera man’s head could speak more sense than Skip

  14. Zachary McClain says:

So no one is gonna talk about Nick Chubb having 2 touchdowns on 3 carries? Give that dude more carries, he’s special.

  15. LeeTravius Mckay says:

Shannon “he my homie too but I’m rep the 757″😂

  16. Aj Garcia says:

There were questionable calls throughout the game, like when Carr was sacked and he fumbled but the refs blew the play dead

    • Richard Leuma says:

Aj Garcia well They whistled the play dead as Marshawn was breaking a tackle. There were questionable calls all game

  17. Kevin Bolick says:

There are laws against fixing an intellectual contest, like a quiz show.
There is no law against fixing an athletic, entertainment event, like an
NFL game. The NFL CAN, legally, direct officials to determine, if
possible, the outcome of a game, to benefit the league. It is my opinion
from watching this unfold for 40 years, that Las Vegas and sports
betting is having influence with the outcomes of NFL games with the
assistance of the officiating. In the Browns vs Raiders game yesterday,
the Browns had 2 really, really bad calls, the last of which, robbed
them from going into victory formation. This was on a replay that has
EVERYONE scratching their heads in astonishment! This type of call is
rarely, if ever overturned, yet was in fact, overturned, giving the
Raiders the opportunity to tie the game. More troubling, is that
everyone who saw that same video, believed that he actually moved the
ball further than the original spot, yet that official called the play
short of the line to gain.
Despite plenty of their own mistakes, the Browns did what was necessary
to win this game! And should have! This time the Browns didn’t invent
another way to lose this game to the Raiders, they had a victory stolen
by the NFL and their horrible officiating!

    • Duzzit Matter says:

Kevin Bolick – I hate to say it but I believe you. You make a compelling statement but why would such a conspiracy to manipulate the outcomes be necessary?? Just the interest of the league?

    • Kevin Bolick says:

Duzzit Matter I think to push interesting story lines. Last years Super Bowl featured the to teams with the most Patriotic names in the Eagles and Patriots, in a year where attendance suffered greatly over the kneeling issue. I don’t think the league would want to see the Raiders go 0-4. Now the Browns fans are the most loyal in the league. 1-31 and they’re still putting on their Browns gear, having a parade on the coldest day of the year, and jumping in Lake Erie. I’ve watched that team for 35 years. Although, occasionally a bad call will go their way, like Lynch in the first half. However, a bad call that determines the game will ALWAYS go against the Browns! Every time!

Also, I believe there is still resentment in the league office toward Browns fans, who forced the league to give the Browns another franchise after the team moved to Baltimore. And, it was the league office in New York who overturned that first down call with special video that they haven’t shown anyone, while the TV footage clearly showed a first down.

  18. Coty Meier says:

Nick Chubb went off am I right

  19. Ashton Youboty says:

Derek Carr fumbled and that was a first down I ain’t even a browns fan

  20. robert ross says:

The browns won that game until it was stolen from them by the biased raider refs that was a first down and even if it wasn’t there was not enough evidence to overturn that.
