  8. Long Island Raven says:

It just shows how much Corey’s voice projects with how far he holds the mic away. He’s an incredibly performer and so is the rest of the band

Did they really just had a mosh pit in there? Love it.

Okay, if Slipknot (or Rammstein) gets invited to perform the Super Bowl next year, it’d be an even BIGGER miracle 😀

  13. artillery666 says:

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a metal band mixed properly on national television. This continues that trend.

    • Alan Heyes says:

artillery666 It’s clearly an industry attempt to sabotage the genre’s mass appeal.

    • Lukas says:

+Alan HeyesI’d avoid assuming that straight away. Maybe engineers have fuckall experience working with metal. I’d bet those engineers aren’t Slipknot’s choosing anyway. When listening to some shows or festivals on YT, you can often hear them being mixed poorly. That’s a shame, I often prefer listening to the live performances.

Was that a mosh pit? On a talk show in 2019? Granted it was a rather tame mosh pit but still.
