Theory: Tobey’s spiderman was there at the bridge, that is why Doc said “hello Peter”. The thing is, Doc wouldn’t know Hollands spiderman, making this theory possible, unless Doc was from a different universe with Holland as the spiderman.

Or maybe the spell made it so that Tom Holland’s spiderman and Tobey Maguire’s spiderman switched body’s. Making it so that to everyone in that universe tom looks like Tobey but the audience can still see him for who he is.
