Ok so if you’re here without seeing the movie and just wanna know whether the big leak was true or not then I’ll just say uptop that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are both in the film. Andrew is indeed the werewolf, we got to look at Tobey Maguire’s d**k and I’m so glad that everyone who’s been saying this for years can rest now. We can rest now. Beyond that though No Way Home has a number of big surprises in it and it’s the most fun I’ve had in a theatre since Endgame. I am just gonna be calling them by their acting names as referring to them as Peter 1, 2 and 3 will get confusing but each one of them brings something special to the film.

The movie picks up immediately after the events of Far From Home with Peter’s identity out there and he has to live with the reprecussions of his new found fame. They even got some of the actors back from that scene including this guy who shows up in both films. Nice.

Though his name is cleared by none other than Matt Murdock his life and the life of his friends has been ruined by the court of public opinion and their applications to MIT are rejected. The group can’t get into any schools at all and it’s clear that even though they didn’t do anything wrong they’ve been cancelled.

Their lives are all ruined though and thus Peter goes to Doctor Strange in order erase this knowledge from everyone’s mind so that his friends lives can have somewhat normality.

The scene in Ned’s house where Andrew and Tobey FINALLY turned up will stay with me forever. I’m still not over it. I may have to go and see it again, just to confirm that it actually happened.

  2. Senpai says:

Andrew really stole the show for me. He truly embraced his version of Spidey in this film like he never stopped playing him.

  3. Jimjim says:

The scene where they “sync” up and all three of them use each others webs to whip up is visually amazing

  4. Allen D says:

Garfield’s Spider-Man catching MJ was such a unique moment. His acting was phenomenal and hit me hard knowing that it was a nod to him not being able to save Gwen. One of my favorite moments.

  5. SpaghettiBoy7 says:

When Tom kept punching Dafoe and he just smiled after every punch, that gave me goosebumps, he is the best Green Goblin, then he kicked his ass, so wicked, such a great film.

  6. Tristan Hathaway says:

Man, Dafoe cemented himself as the best Spider-Man villain on screen. Also, I love that Marko was never “human” until he was cured. It made his being cured MUCH more impactful.

    • Just Justin says:

@Mankysausage no i’m pretty sure those were both real. they had dialogue throughout the movie and thomas haden church defiitely looked older

    • FRISHR says:

But it doesn’t make sense that Sandman went bad again in the end. He never died and wasn’t insane in Spiderman 3, he just needed money for his daughter and got forced by Venom because he threatened to kill her.

    • Mankysausage says:

@Just Justin they can still do the voices sure, but when sandman was cured it was literally the same shot as when he melts from the water in Spider-Man 3

    • Carlos F. Campos Urteaga says:

@FRISHR he didnt went bad. He was helping Spiderman at the begining. But after he discoverd that ir was other spiderman, was imprisoned, wittness Peter (Tom) plan backfired, can we blame him for having doubts? Ay the final battle he was trying to get back home. He was fighting the spidermans and the other villains.

    • KryptonKr says:

@Carlos F. Campos Urteaga He literally said in the movie he didn’t trust anyone except for tobey’s peter.

  7. João Paulo Hengstler de Oliveira says:

Something that caught me by surprise was how the impacts of this movie were handled, both physical and emotional. Fights had a lot of weight and power behind them! Also, the scene where Andrew saves MJ is my favorite MCU scene now. So impactful

    • Phong Trần Quốc says:

for me the scene where tom’s peter parker chose not to help MJ or his friend to remember him is the most impactful one. IT shows that peter has grown up and have responsibility with his decision. He knows that if he made them remember then his suphero thing wil bring dangers to them so he chose to leave his past and move on.

  8. Definitely not Szturmowiec Himself says:

This movie did Andrew Garfield justice. I loved how they had him redeem himself with saving MJ

  9. DJ cuellar says:

The emotion when Andrew saved Mj and his look was like “I’m not losing another one”. Damn was such a good scene

    • Samuel Choi says:

I kinda hoped that there would be a scene where andrew tells himself: no..not gwen again I am not making the same mistake. Just like in the comics but it was still a dope scene

    • DJ cuellar says:

@Samuel Choi yeah that was his looks he had on his face tho as mj asks if he’s the one who’s ok after. Was super touching I felt it. Haha Im just like damn I need to go see it again already
