Rewatching this, I see that Rex doesn’t have the scar on the side of his head in this scene which he points to when talking about how he removed his control chip in rebels… this is going to be an intense episode

    • Kevin Martinez says:

SpetsnatzLegion 336 are we missing the real thing, what about the other clones that do the same( I forgot the names) but they are not with them

    • ProFireFox says:

I think he resists the order and later on removes it so that they can’t control him

    • Danobius2000 says:

Ahsoka is basically not a jedi anymore. Maybe not everyone, but Rex know this.

SpetsnatzLegion 336 I think Ashoka might cut it out with her lightsaber who knows

    • j N says:

I think they will be in hyperspace or somehow they wont get the order 66 call since skywalker created that group literally last minute. I’m guessing they have to actually hear palpitine or someone say “order 66” once they get back and realize all the troups have turned then they will go back and take the chips out of the suriving clones who survive the ambush

@Geetsly’s I thought she was going to feel the disturbance in this clip

Also love your vids. Keep up the good stuff.

    • SuperSith89 says:

@Geetsly’s I actually don’t think he has taken it out yet. He doesn’t have a scar on his head like he does in Rebels. I think he will take it out this episode, or be under the influence of it and fight himself to get it out. That will probably make for some extremely emotional stuff, I am not ready at all.

L.A.B. Industries He’s seen in rebels and removed his inhibitor chip. He won’t be fighting the jedi, but his fellow clones I’m not so sure!

    • L.A.B. Industries says:

      @bryce sproul you’re right.
Oh my goodness…. I just thought of something

      He fights his best friend?
      Commander Cody?!!

    • wesandell says:

@L.A.B. Industries it’s going to be Jesse, that’s why they made sure we knew Jesse was alive and with them on Mandalore. I’ll bet that Rex will have to put Jesse down to save Ahsoka.

The eerieness just feels so off putting. The dreads just there and it’s killing you with what’s about to happen. The rise of the Empire is coming and we’re gonna feel like we’re prepared but ultimately it’s still going to hurt. This episode is gonna make people. I started watching clone wars in 2015 when I was 7 so thank Clone Wars for my childhood.

  20. Ace 004 says:

“The Jedi are keepers of the peace, not soldiers.” Is the bitter lie that marked the end of the Order.

    • dosni eslaw says:

The thing is it wasn’t really their fault. Palps just outmaneuvered them into a situation where if they didn’t fight the war they would be seen as not caring enough about people to come down from their “ivory tower” in the jedi temple so to speak and fight for the republic. Or fight the war be branded as thirsty for war and having set a trap to throw the republic into a war that a palpatine “shocked” at apparent jedi “betrayal” had to “reluctantly” end by executing order 66 for the greater good.

He had the checkmate move planned from the start. The only thing that would have upended it is if maul had somehow managed to kill anakin (perhaps it he had turned ahsoka) thus removing him from the equation when mace led the team to remove palpatine which would have lead to mace killing him (as lucas said mace had beaten palpatine) and order 66 not starting

    • 닭집사장님 says:

I think it would’ve been enough for Maul to just lure Obi and Anakin to Mandalor, then mace would’ve found out about sidious on his way to make sure palpatine returned his power and would’ve ended it.

    • dosni eslaw says:

@닭집사장님 good point there. Maul had a good plan it just didn’t work out.
