Sturgill Simpson: Live At The Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, TN 6/5/20

After a call-to-action that raised nearly $250,000 for charity, Sturgill Simpson is honoring his fans with a special one-night performance broadcast live from the historic Ryman Auditorium. The show will continue fundraising efforts for several organizations including the Special Forces Foundation, the Equity Alliance, and the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. Come jam #withus at this very special event.

The Special Forces Foundation is dedicated to bringing support to the Special Forces community and their families in whatever way necessary. Services include operator and family support, tragedy assistance and survivor support, veteran support and more. All projects directly benefit individuals and their families. Text SFF to 91999 to donate instantly.

The Equity Alliance proactively advocates for African Americans and other communities of color to have a fair and just opportunity at realizing the American dream. They are a Nashville-based grassroots non-profit advocacy group that seeks to equip citizens with tools and strategies to engage in the civic process and empower them to take action on issues affecting their daily lives.

The Recording Academy and MusiCares established the COVID-19 Relief Fund to help people in the music industry affected by the coronavirus disease outbreak and subsequent cancellation of multiple music events. From hotel and bar gigs to major music festivals, COVID-19 is deeply impacting live music events, and the creative community behind it all.

You may hate to hear it Stu, but I love that you’re back in the traditional lane…at least for a minute. The energy your vocal and songs bring to this style is great. Very cool to see Sierra Hull up there too. Thanks for the treat. Stay healthy!
