Lyrics:
Loving him is like driving a new Maserati down a dead end street
Faster than the wind, passionate as sin, ending so suddenly
Loving him is like trying to change your mind once you’re already flying through the free fall
Like the colors in autumn so bright just before they lose it all
Losing him was blue, like I’d never known
Missing him was dark gray, all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
But loving him was red
Loving him was red
Touching him was like realizing all you ever wanted was right there in front of you
Memorizing him was as easy as knowing all the words to your old favorite song
Fighting with him was like trying to solve a crossword and realizing there’s no right answer
Regretting him was like wishing you never found out that love could be that strong
Losing him was blue, like I’d never known
Missing him was dark gray, all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
But loving him was red, oh red, burning red
Remembering him comes in flashbacks and echoes
Tell myself it’s time now, gotta let go
But moving on from him is impossible when I still see it all in my head…in burning red
Burning it was red
Oh, losing him was blue, like I’d never known
Missing him was dark gray, all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
Cause loving him was red, yeah, yeah, red, oh burning red
And that’s why he’s spinning around in my head
Comes back to me, burning red, yeah, yeah
His love was like driving a new Maserati down a dead end street

Pin this man😭😭😭😭😭
My childhood is full with Taylor Swift songs
SAME !!!!
@Unfortunately Toxic I think she changed it because it the old one it something like reminiscing her love for the guy, while the version now is her completely moving on from loving him so that’s why she changed it. For me, I think it’s great but I also respect your opinion hehe.
Sameee
same HAHAHHAHA
SAME
I’m proud to say that I’ve never forgotten the lyrics and this song.

Losing him was like blue 💙
Isn’t blue the saddest colour ever for swifties? 🙂
@Jack Wrath wow, congratulations for your achievement. What did you get? A trophies?
@Jack Wrath friend, you’ve been here for so long in the comments, thanks for gathering more and more views and comments
Listening to this album is like taking a dip in the past but with the awareness that you have grown and have overcome a lot. Thanks Taylor
THIS IS THE MOST BORING MUSIC AND I HAVE PROOF ON MY CHANNEL LMFAO 😂🤣😂
She’s no Shakespeare, but she does a competent job hitting people’s emotional keys. As you mature, you’ll find more complex lyrics and it won’t be all about love and breakup and heartache – which is pretty much her schtick. Lyrically, John Mayer, Todd Rundgren, Sting & Pink make me happiest. Enjoy this while you grow up, Swifties, it goes too fast.
@ML Carver Shut up
Taylor is a lyrical genius & no one can top that!! Listening to her is like attending poetry exhibition ❤️😩
@Jack Wrath boring like ur old vague comment 🥱
trueeeee
@Jack Wrath this comment is the reason why your channel is not growing 🤷
It feels like the original Red came out just yesterday, but Taylor’s version drops and suddenly you come to the realisation that it’s been almost 10 years and you’ve grown up and life’s so different now 😢
Fresh wave of hard-hitting nostalgia incoming ✨
@Jack Wrath millions of people disagree😋
“but loving him was red” yes taylor, a red flag 🚩 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
