This franchise is pretty hit and miss, but I’m always excited for a new entry 🙂

@MichaelNicle the only 2 that weren’t gimmicky were the first and the 2003 remake. Literally every other one has been campy and stupid gimmicky movies but we love em. Even the new leatherface was overly seriously but self aware at times.

The cinematography looks absolutely stunning, and while the concept it’s the same as Halloween 2018… it looks like a ton of fun.
Also the director made the remake of EVIL DEAD, which is probably one of the best modern horror remakes there is, and Don’t Breathe, another great horror film.

I wasn’t really excited for this but this trailer actually looked pretty good.
It might not be the greatest or break any boundaries in the genre, but man this looks like a fun horror movie.
Anyone who is a fan of the original 1974 TCM knows that Leatherface wasn’t the only villain. The Sheriff and the rest of the family (Hitchhiker and Grandpa) were equally as scary. The way that the family controls Leatherface (because he had the mental capacity of a child) made him different from other contemporary slashers. This is what made that movie creepy and unsettling. It wasn’t because of blood and guts.
Dude it was disturbing regardless this guy would toture people. and take there face skin off there face then use it as his own.
Contemporarily bubba hasn’t been controlled by family for a few installments(sans Leatherface 2018) so idk this is a criticism you could apply to tcm3D as well
