Awesome, love the Punic Wars. Would love to see you cover the 7 Years War and the 30 Years War. The latter isn’t taught well in schools yet is the beginning of separation of church and state.

Interesting that, judging from this video, that brutal war of subjugation would not have started without a comparatively benign inciting incident.
Also I love how the Romans’ tactics and philosophies get introduced, seem cool and then immediately we get to see what horrifying consequences they had.
I love watching oversimplified because I love the humour, but also can’t help but feel good after watching something EDUCATIONAL on YouTube 😂
