The style of the dinosaurs do not fit how the environment looks at all, the
dinosaurs all look simple and cartoony while everything else is realistic

Either Arlo dies or the kid dies.

Why do the continents look the same as they do now?

Question: How did the dinosaurs go from actually realistic-looking to
Looney Tunes dynamics? You lost me there.

  11. ISHAN GARG says:

just a small titbit the whole reason large size terrestial mammlas like
homospaiens exist is because of the extinction of the dinosaurs. Or to put
it in other words – 2 species sharing a same niche can’t exist
so its not a question of what if dinosaurs weren’t wiped out by the
meteorite (they would have become extinct one way or another) , it is just
    a question of when.
Too much babble. Please ignore and enjoy the movie ( as i enjoyed the
    similarly flawed movie walle)

    awww yeaaah!

  13. Charles James says:

Q: What if The Dinosaurs had never been wiped out?

A: The mammalian uprising would probably never have been allowed to occur
and Human Beings, or indeed any species of intelligent ape, would almost
    certainly never have evolved.

I love Pixar, but if the filmmakers are basing their entire premise on the
idea of Human Beings coexisting with Dinosaurs due to the later never
having gone extinct, then this is simply a non-starter.

I just hope I’m jumping the gun.

Asteroid belts don’t work like that. Please be more aware about scientific
accuracy in your film with wise cracking dinosaurs.

  17. Damian Louden says:

The Dinosaurs look ugly and cartoony, but the environments look beautiful
and realistic. There’s a dissonance between the two.

2015, the year Pixar saved the dinosaurs.

I know Pixar are mostly for children and families, but also everybody can
love them. But did the dinosaurs HAVE to look colourful and have a cartoony
design? They could have created a more realistic one, but also gave it its
own uniqueness. Look at Incredibles, they look like Humans but have a
unique style and not just overtly cartoony.
