Seeing Mary at the end reminds me of how much I’m hoping to see a Cameo from her and Will Friedle’s characters. Those two were always my favorite.
I was waiting for them both to be somewhere in it. Especially since Mary is the Voice Director of the show, so she’s already involved.
If they get more seasons and end up finishing campaign 1 they will almost certainly end up bringing in Zarah and Kash
@Michael Rodger also, with Mary actually working on the show it shouldn’t be difficult to grab her for a few hours or so at a time for recording

i mean since we are getting the briarwood arc in season 1, then that means we would already see the slayer’s take and vasselheim the first time. so it will be real sad if we dont see felicia, mary, will friedle and will wheaton as their characters. they met them before that arc. especially with a season 2, im betting on the chroma conclave as that major plot for that season and if theres a season 3 thats the rest of the Vecna arc (im obviously getting ahead of myself but, logically thats how i would think the seasons play out.) ngl id love to see a mighty nein show as well. but i dont think that would happen because vox machina was the their first campaign and the one that brought critical role to the world.

On the one hand, that is sweet, on the other, I really hope he doesn’t devalue his irreplaceable role in this. He has a tendency to devalue his own worth in phrases that, while kind and sincerely community minded, often put himself down and I notice that people usually just accept that as good because they like how humble he is.
I can’t help but disagree with him, it IS his world, and we have helped build it with him in our imaginations and so have the players with their choices, and the artists with their interpretations, but I can’t help but want him to take some credit for himself and his wonderful mind.
(Not to be a downer, sorry.)
@Maya English I agree completely. The game is ours, all the actors and animators and all those stories that we can tell whenever we’d like. The World though? That’s Matt’s. He just likes to watch us explore it.

Not gunna lie, the crescendo of this to me was hearing “Death to the Derolos” sound so good! this was shockingly touching to the fanboy in me.
I couldn’t stop grinning at David Tennant as General Krieg, but Stephanie Beatriz as Lady Kima is the single standout casting choice in this whole video.

I started to cry, because not only did I love her in Brooklyn 99, but Encanto is literally my new favorite Disney movie 😭
Kima and Allura? Absolutely spot-on casting. I feel like crying I’m so goddamned happy.
These behind the scenes vids keep bringing tears to my eyes. Like what even, David Tennant? A hobbit? Game of Thrones folks??? It’s amazing to have watched this rag-tag group of voice actors bring their universe to life. Just like their campaigns, starting off as a small group of adventurers, to becoming god-like heroes. It’s insane and I’m so proud to just be able to watch it happen. I’m proud of them as fellow human beings achieving such a thing!
