Well, after reading the comments *Adam Ruins Couch* should be made.

    • Thomas says:

Samba Lékouy Upvote! You would not believe the markups in the furniture industry. Those guys are making a killer profit margin.

I saw this title and instantly thought of the *Shane Dawson* Mattress conspiracy theory lmao

  10. ZbjetisGod says:

His try before you buy argument against the online mattress companies is BS since they all have very broad return policies no questions asked, they just come and pick it up from you

    • Ryan Wendorf says:

From what I’ve heard, it’s rarely as simple as they describe. I’ve heard of all kinds of issues from requiring you to fit the now gigantic mattress back into the tiny box, them taking months to actually pick up the mattress, to them taking months to actually give you the refund.

    • ZbjetisGod says:

I only know from personal experience it was very easy. We set a date and time, the truck for a donation group came to pick up the mattress and I got my refund soon after. I’m sure like anything else some people have problems but if it were a persistent issue then all things being equal the competitor with the best service would stand out

    • Callie S says:

Except that trying before you buy in a store is just. Lying down on different mattresses and making a decision between them, which is undeniably more convenient and straightforward than shipping a mattress back to a company, even if they DO pick it up.

    • Kevadu says:

+Callie S Except spending a minute lying on a mattress in a store really doesn’t give you enough information. I don’t know if I’m going to be truly happy with a mattress until I’ve actually spent a night sleeping on it…and for some reason the stores get upset when I try to do that.

  11. Jordan De Knikker says:

I have supple backfat like Adam. We don’t need mattresses. We can sleep on granite no problem.

  12. Percival The Mad Crusader says:

You know what else is a rip-of.
    Cheap circumsition.

  13. Donar says:

*Adam:* * Slaps roof of mattress store * “This bad boy can fit so many scams in it!”

  14. SandGirl says:

    HE’S BACK!! ❤️❤️❤️

  15. Alice Handersand says:

If you want a cheap mattress, get a giant dog bed. I put some nice sheets on mine and it’s as comfortable as any human mattress I’ve slept on. Definitely better than a blow up bed at least

  16. humayun94 says:

Get one from IKEA. Try before you buy and return without any hassles. Plus prices aren’t confusing and pretty affordable for what they’re selling.

  17. Wslasher says:

Why did I find the part about the podcast to be very funny?!

  18. Timothy Simpson says:

0:34 If Freddie Mercury was reincarnated as a used mattress salesman

  19. CCKillbilly says:

There is one street here in Illinois by me that, no joke or exaggeration, has three Mattress Firm stores in a span of about 1/3 of a mile.

  20. Turner K says:

Guess I’m sleeping on the floor from now on
