Why the hell is the magic going away? and how the hell do the rings keep
the magic from going away? and what the hell is that 3d graph formula or
whatever he displays all the time?

  2. Nowhereman Sr. says:

So the One Ring had no effect on Tom Bombadil because he was just content
    with what he had?

  3. Rafael Bessa says:

    brother, this is awesome

  4. Joseph Stalin says:

Is there a way I can have the lotr wallpapers and not pay? You see, I am a
    scumbag.

  5. Zac Spurgeon says:

Thank you for these. I love the LotR mythology, but I’m too ADD to slough
through the silmarillion and the appendices, or even the actual books
themselves. These videos add some context, while also giving me inspiration
for my indirectly-Tolkien-inspired ideas for Dungeons and Dragons campaign
    settings.

  6. Drake Johnson says:

Please do more and better explain the stuff in lots the 3rd age, lotr war
in the north, and shadow of mordor. Or talk about what one war in the north
man was talking how his descendants created a great civilization but it was
sunk. Or tell of man using magic like that druid in the hobbit book that
rataghast the brown knew or anything on the 2 blue

  7. DogsNotGods says:

Oooo, make one of the history of the different civilizations! If they’re
mentioned in the cannon, I’m not sure

  8. Si1verPheonix says:

    great xcom reference

  9. Atler the Dark says:

    I. LOVE. DRAGONS.

  10. AtOthenewbkillah says:

    Name of music, please?

  11. Daedhart says:

Sweet, thanks for the XCOM reference. It made this nerdiness even more
    nerdy and, therefore, awesome.

  12. atheistfromnorway says:

    this is too good!

  13. Mark Delsing says:

More than I ever knew about the One Ring.

  14. Josh Hoops says:

Why have you slowed down so much lately. I understand your desire for
quality over quantity; and for the most part I agree with it. However, your
videos have slowed down to the point that almost 2 months have passed since
your last one. All I have to say is… wtf bro.
Anyway, nice video! I enjoyed both part 1 and part 2 of the LotR series.

  15. Rosebunse says:

    Thank you! I understand!!!!

  16. Jim P says:

wow! best explanation of this i have ever experienced.

BTW, you have a great narration voice too!

  17. Artur Botarelli says:

Please correct me if I am wrong: I believe it was suggested in the books
that a well-trained person could wield the power that Sauron put on the
ring to overthrow him and take his place. Isn’t it the reason that the bait
attack on Mordor worked? In addition, Galadriel suggests to Frodo that the
only reason he was incapable of reading minds like her, even being the ring
bearer, was simply that he did not try it and did not wish to do it.

  18. 東三木 says:

    原來我對這故事一點都不熟

  19. BrightSkyFire says:

Have to admit, the XCOM analogies helped a lot.

I remember when I used to be a LotR nerd.
