Wish we can get some of that action. I’d love to have that on Thanksgiving

Lived here my entire life. Most snow I have ever seen, including the
blizzard of 77, and another several feet of snow yet to come. Sadly they
are finding bodies in vehicles that were stranded in the storm.

From a former resident of Chautauqua County on the shores of Lake Erie:
Western N.Y., you are in my thoughts and prayers. This is nothing to play
around with. Stay safe, and warm, and please look out for one another.
    God Bless!!

In some native American language I bet “Buffalo” means “Don’t live there”

    Bring it on!

Proof of why God hates suburbs. Missing the city core, whacking them
    suburbanites hard. :)

When I look at this it makes me think of “The Mist” by Steven King.

The snow didn’t hit the city of Buffalo. Just a few miles south of the
city. The snow band is only 10-13 miles wide. A nice and warm 44 degree
lake and a southwest wind perfect set up for lake effect. It’s coming back
for round two this evening. Not as intense, but will be hitting the same
areas and it is going to be windy.
