Though with a smaller crowd this time, confetti and fireworks still popped at midnight to ring in another year from the heart of New York City’s Times Square.

I wonder why they don’t rebroadcast this countdown in other time zones anymore…it felt more unifying when they did.

Wow, me & my cat really enjoyed watching this video that people were waving those 350q hot doggy balloons (one of my favorites) & it always keeps my cat’s ears up like an owl 🦉LOL. AWESOME! Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022 folks! Cheers! 😍❤️👍✌️🦉🙏🙏.

Happy New Year everyone!!!!! May you all have a fabulous and safe 2022!!!!! 🎊🎉🥳 P.S. I’m so happy that the joyfulness and happiness that surrounds this event is finally back. BTW I like how that tall building got really smoky just like how it did in the 2019 version. That honestly makes me feel very nostalgic and it’s crazy that the year 2019 is already 3 years ago while 2020 is two years ago now. 🤯🤯🤯 Also I like how when the song ended all the smoke cleared the way and you can finally see the words “Happy New Year” a lot more better now at 4:53. I feel like that sorta signifies that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel and that even if things get way to dark and smoky just remember to never loose any hope and one day we’ll eventually get out of this. That’s one of the major lessons I’ve learned in these past two years anyway. 😊

I love how you make the smoke not so dramatic like the others that are saying the smoke is covering ’22’ representing “doom”. Happy New Year 2022💜
