After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. When he finds himself training a detachment of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission the likes of which no living pilot has ever seen, Maverick encounters Lt. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: “Rooster,” the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose.” Facing an uncertain future and confronting the ghosts of his past, Maverick is drawn into a confrontation with his own deepest fears, culminating in a mission that demands the ultimate sacrifice from those who will be chosen to fly it.

This man is an insane legend! 60 years old and he’s still doing this crazy shit. Thank you for making Top Gun Maverick and MI4 to 7 happen, and thank you for allowing us to support your film, and thank you for keeping the movie going experience alive.

  2. shush2000 says:

Tom Cruise can put together a 2-minute thank you video to the fans that contains more practical shots and thrills than most modern movies can pack into 2 hours.

    • Michael Smoot says:

      Well said!

    • Random Person on the internet says:

@skully8208  a lot of people don’t pay to watch it anymore. They have lost money on several projects. Hence why the CFO demanded Chapek was fired…Basically trying to blame it all on him, but Iger wasn’t much better.

    • Billy Was Here says:

@Random Person on the internet That sadly willn ever happen. Even someone just trying to make movies to make bank at Disney would be better than what they’re currently doing, which is basically just working hard to force alphabet and woke stuff into their films. They don’t even care about the money anymore, it’s all about pushing “The Message”.

    • Skully says:

@Random Person on the internet People should let their actions do the talking instead of bitching online and yet still carry on watching, that’s all I’m saying 🤷‍♂️

    • Skully says:

@Random Person on the internet But despite all that it’s still making billions, phase 4 alone made $5.5 Billion

  3. Willis Williams says:

…and THAT is why he’s my favorite actor. This guy NEVER phones it in. When you see him on the screen, you know for a fact that he’s going ALL OUT. His respect towards the audience is always his first priority.

  4. vincent207 says:

Say what you will about his eccentricities, but the effort and passion Cruise puts into his work is something I can’t help but respect.

    • Rob Michael says:

      He’s his own unique person.
Everyone has their own take on subjective things and decisions.
I could care less about his personal life.
As far as acting, Tom is top of the food chain in my book, and his dedication to his craft is unmatched.

  5. Kool Kidz says:

An actor who still displays true passion and dedication to his films

  6. Joseph Ocasio says:

This man is 60 years old and still doing crazy shit like this. Truly an icon.

    • James McIntyre says:

He’s 60 ffs .. not even the best knife work could be able to do that to make him look young as that Watch fear loathing in vegas.. and then take a look at before and after photos of celebrities that are on Adrenochrome withdrawal.. Madonna is another one she’s like 70 and looks younger.

    • James McIntyre says:

They all do, they are all initiated in one way or another.

    • LostChances says:

@James McIntyre source: trust me bro

    • mf2yu says:

@TabularJoker at least Scientology doesn’t force anything like wokeshit feminism, diversity, lgbtq into movies and irl demonstration

    • Peter Bailon says:

The only hollywood actor I ever wnted to meet in person, so I can thank him for the passion he puts out for his films. Greatest hollywood action star in my book.

  7. Jay Ryco says:

This man has been single handedly controlling his acting career and making himself the action star of a generation and still doing stuff like this after so long is straight up incredible. Top Gun: Maverick was brilliant and the Mission Impossible movies have all been consistantly top notch. He can be seriously underrated amongst social circles and its a damn shame sometimes.

Thank you Tom Cruise for your absolute dedication and commitment, as well as your love for cinema and life. Your legend grows each passing year.

  8. Manash Pratim Borah says:

No actors in this world is as commited as Tom Cruise to do insane stuff for his fans. He is breaking the boundaries of what is possible to do as an actor to make a realistic action scene with no cgi. What a living legend.

  9. El Hopper says:

This man is insane and never fails to make me smile. He just exudes cool with all the crazy shit he does. Can’t wait to see MI:7!

  10. Fire_Element says:

It doesn’t matter what any of us believe in, it matters how we can support each other and our collective growth. Thanks Tom.
