Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new faction of Transformers – the Maximals – to join them as allies in the existing battle for earth. Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres June 9, 2023.

Peter Cullen is 81 years old and Still Voices Optimus Prime to this very day. He truly is a living legend
I love this actor to get all years this voice for Wise Leader of Autobots.
@Disguised Dv8ant they do, but it’s the fact that 1. He’s one of the surviving cast of the original show including Frank. And 2. Most actors around his age would’ve retired by then but he’s still going like James earl Jones and Frank welker.

@That User They’re repeating this for “likes” first and foremost. The reason why they’re saying this over and over again is because of the video of Cullens at TFCON giving a sympathetic heartfelt story about him and his military veteran bronze medal awarded to brother struggling in a apartment and how he got the voice acting job of Optimus because of what his brother giving him words of encouragement before walking out the door which helped him got the job.
Before that video no one was making these types of comments before 2015 let alone in the 2007 Transformers comment section.
Love how Optimus just hops over Rhinox and immediately points his gun towards Primal. Like he doesn’t even know who the Maximals are, but he instinctly guesses who the leader is and knows to take him out first.

That roar from Rhinox is amazing. Almost sounds like an organic beast’s roar mixed with an emergency alarm.
It’s also gonna blow out our eardrums in IMAX
It’s incredible how the dialogue actually feels like it’s from a Transformers cartoon. I cannot describe how genuinely refreshing it will be a see a movie where the Autobots talk like quirky cartoon characters rather than a bunch of trigger-happy jackasses high on machismo.
Especially since the Maximals have voice actors and personalities so we won’t be getting Age of Extinction Dinobots with them

As an OG Beast Wars fan, I cannot express how hyped I am for this movie 😊
I just hope that the BW characters play a bigger role than the vibe I get from the trailers. And I demand Waspinator.
Peter Cullen voicing Optimus Prime and Ron Perlman voicing Optimus Primal are sounding incredibly magnificent and epic.

@Steve Le I wouldn’t have casted Peter Cullen for the kind of Prime we got in bayformers but here we are. Chalk managed to play a seemingly similar role for Beast Machines and could have drawn from that.
Ron Perlman voices Optimus primal 😮
I like how mirage acts all tough with Primal but the second Cheetor comes out of nowhere and growls in his face he goes into panic mode.
Yup he be like “STRANGER DANGER! STRANGER DANGER”
He acts all tough and the moment Cheetor jumps on him he screams like a little girl

“I won’t ask a second time” Man that gave me goosebumps like Peter’s delivery is still golden after all these years. Getting the same energy as I did from that Fall of Cybertron cutscene when he tells Megatron “I wasn’t asking” while restrained to the floor

I’m really liking the camerawork and voice acting in this scene. Everyone is putting in their all which is nice to see
i feel the camera pans a second or two too early for Optimus.
