Never had head country, I’ve never seen it… Had famous Dave’s before its ok… But I think Stubbs got screwed… Heinz Memphis style is really good… I use that too! It would of went head to toe with sweet baby rays I believe…

You should do regional bbq sauce style taste test, like Carolina style, Texas style, georgia style, etc.
Issue is that for some places like KC, there are about 15-20 easily.
they did that already in the episode called “BBQ Pork Taste Test”
