@P M if you watch most indian recipe videos even by indian chefs, they dont follow this step. So, there are many chefs not just people and in indian cuisine many dishes Follow this step, that many people and chef skip. So, i was impressed by Uncle Rodger that he knows perfect basics.

I’m legitimately curious about Uncle Roger’s knowledge about dishes from different Asian countries. It would be interesting for him to talk about his personal experiences with those dishes. He could even have a ranking, or a tier list or something like that. It’d be so fuiyoooh

Uncle roger is from Malaysia. I seen Chinese people eat banana leaf rice with their fingers and speak Tamil, and Indian people eat rice or noodle soups with chopstick and speak Mandarin.

The best I can say about Matty is that he’s actually a professional chef unlike Jamie Oliver, but he tends to make westernised dishes too
