I would stand all day, giving ovations to the unquenchable Ursula LeGuin: Ursula

I first met her in 1975 at her home in Portland, just hours after she had
undergone a root canal. Despite this, she was charming and witty and
quietly brilliant. I’ve had the honor of publishing her through the years,
and she maintains the brilliance of her youth to this day.

Ursula, your books were one of the reasons I came to Earth. In 1974 I
peeked in at the world and said, “Oh, Ursula is there. I’ll go ahead then.
All will be well.” It’s been tough, but easier since I found you. Deep
    love, Jess Hagan

We need more authors speaking out against these sort of things. Especially
the e-book issue with libraries. It’s ridiculous.
