    My “word of the year” is PLAN. After feeling like the last 2 years were living through a haze, I’m trying to move into a more intentional space again. Committing to this 30-day yoga practice will definitely help me put my word into practice for the year!

    When Adriene asked what do I want to move towards, I instinctively said “myself” out loud, which surprised me! Upon reflection I guess I mean towards the authentic me, the grounded me, the the truest version of myself. So excited for this journey! 🙏🏻
