So Taraji P. Henson is Mel Gibson. Is there something you’re trying to tell us, Hollywood?!

    • LETHAL LEO says:

Zachary S. Marsh yeah it’s called role reversal

    • LifeWorks, ndh enterprises,llc. says:

Zachary S. Marsh she’s the director. it’s her directorial debut. yes, I’m feeling that way to. what has been going?

    • QueenBoadicea says:

I hope her character isn’t anything like what Mel’s was. His mother was a Vegas showgirl so he was reared in an atmosphere in which he was doted upon and spoiled by women of dubious character. He grew up to be a chauvinistic jerk, a perennial bachelor who slept around with women who smelt like candy. His wife got fed up with him and divorced him. He was a lazy moron who came in late for work and undervalued his main female underling, an intern who went to NYU and loathed his character. His female coworkers all despised him and his maid thought he was a whiny, immature child. He was such a tool he even alienated his marriage counselor. So far Ms. Henson’s character comes off as a hard-working woman who’s come smack against the glass ceiling and is looked down upon by her superiors. If this is Ms. Henson’s directorial debut, then I feel sorry for her. She could have done so much better than a lightweight Mel Gibson remake.

    • LifeWorks, ndh enterprises,llc. says:

Akhil S she’s taking the directors chair with this o e. seriously, it’s her directorial début! she co wrote the script.

    • Bottle Caps says:

LifeWorks, ndh enterprises, llc. You mean she watched a below average Mel Gibson movie and made a few notes.

  3. Hrvoje Grahovac says:

    Mel did it better

  4. Dre' says:

Erykah Badu clearly playing herself in this movie.

  5. Sophia Tosin-Talabi says:

“I thought black people stopped drinking tea after get out”

  6. paul gallacher says:

Is this the new trend to empower woman. Redo something that was done by a male or males Nowt empowering or original in that. Utter shite.

    • Anthony Jackson says:

paul gallacher i was always curious if they remade it from a woman’s perspective. I figured it would be dirtier tho

    • Fabian Suckfuell says:

paul gallacher And the best part about it: In the original Mel Gibson uses his powers to make women happy. The genderswapped remake? Ballbusting and taking down the patriarchy. Tells me everything i need to know about these feminists in Hollywood.

    • Travis Houze says:

So we are going to write off all films for female empowerment because of one comedy that comes out in January of all months?

    • The Internet Explorer says:

      What else will they womenize?

    • Good Clickbait says:

      vine reference btw

  7. bosstube says:

    I’m a man and I don’t really want this

  8. Gary Weiner says:

HAHAHA. It’s funny because she hits him in the BALLS!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

  9. Shorty Mtz says:

They should put Mel Gibson in here. That will make it 10x better.

  10. Flawess Grace says:

I already know that their is going to be a lot of butthurt men in the comment section

  11. Horyd says:

Not only this remaking old movies thing is super cliche, the premise does not work. Really? Do you really need a special power to know what men want? Never have I ever met a woman who was like “Hmm, I wish I was able to read a man’s mind”. You already know all the stuff you need to know about us.

  12. Dan Nigro says:

Chappelles Show did it 15 years ago

  13. Brook Hubbs says:

And this is not NC-17 for indecency and language? This is men’s inner thoughts we’re talking about.

  14. Miles Morales says:

In reality she’d hear so many dumb thoughts. Like why glue doesn’t stick to the inside if the bottle

  15. EP 91 says:

Here we go again, trying to empower women by ripping of a script where the protagonist is a man and simply replacing him with a woman. This is actually an insult to women because it comes off as if they can’t come up with something original.

  16. Key Strix says:

    What men want?

    DOOM Eternal.

  17. 50calBeowulf says:

In “What Women Want” he gains a new respect for women, even the shallow ones, I hope we see similar growth here.

    • Serge Kent says:

50calBeowulf doesn’t look like it. Probably she will be able to tell males (thanks to her gift) how to realize their own chauvinism… Or something like that.

    • 50calBeowulf says:

Serge Kent your probably right. Nobody’s perfect, men aren’t and neither are woman, anyone that says differently is selling something.

  18. The West Winger says:

What men want is the end of feminist madness

  19. Serge Kent says:

So… The male version with Gibson was about a chauvinistic male gifted with the ability to hear women’s thoughts so he can be a better person and empathize with the opposite sex… And this one, she gets the same power in order to shame and climb over men?? This is so 2010s…

    • C Monty says:

Serge Kent Um, did you forget how in the Gibson version he did the same thing UNTIL he learned to be a better person and connect better with the opposite sex? Just because they don’t show her character learning the lesson in the trailer doesn’t mean she won’t in the movie.

  20. Night Rider says:

*None of this is remotely accurate lol. I bet a woman wrote this*
