My father introduced me to Willow when I was a child obsessed with Star Wars. I loved the film the first time I watched it, and I would often replay it over and over again. So watching this trailer, seeing Warwick return as Willow, and Joana return as Sorsha, actually made me tear up. It brought back so many childhood memories of just watching this with my dad. I immediately showed the trailer to him, and we’re both excited to watch the next chapter of this underrated fantasy.

@Hunter W I know you mean well, but I’m not a child. I know how Disney works and I’ve been disappointed by them before. If this show is not enjoyable for us, then we’ll always have the film. It’s not that big of a deal. You didn’t have to kill the vibes.
Willow was so ahead of its time. The original film looks incredible even today. So epic in scale in terms of production, unforgettable characters, great score, and beautiful story. Almost got choked up watching this new trailer. Willow was a huge part of our childhood and this looks nothing short of spectacular!
Seriously, when the girl said “The world needs your Magic again”, I silently sobbed a bit & thought:

I had both a smile and a tear on my face watching this. Of all the trailers Disney has released this year, this one is the most meaningful. Willow was and always will be such a heartwarming classic, and seeing the great Warwick Davis come back just means so much. I truly hope kids and families of today will discover and delight in the sheer beauty that is Willow.

I remember listening to Warwick talk about how hard he was trying to get Willow back in theaters, to tell more of the story and being turned down many times but ultimately triumph, congratulations Warwick 🍻👍
Seeing the original when I was in elementary and now seeing this it has brought so many memories I had forgotten. This has brought tear to my eyes and I don’t know why. But thank you to whom ever thought of bringing Willow back to this new generation. I hope my daughter gets intrigued as well like I once did.
I honestly thought I had lost the capacity to be excited by things like this, but me too. I watched Willow with my children and they have all loved it. I remember my friend and I, at school excitedly collecting some little foam bits of promotional nonsense for the film that came with, I think Weetabix, cereal. We were only nine, he was such lovely boy, always a little bit scruffy and with smudges on him. We used to make up tall stories about a treehouse we had in Cannock Chase that we would visit on evenings and weekends, despite never actually seeing each other out of school.
Gosh, me too! I hope my daughter will watch it with me!

This movie is legit one of my favorite movies of all time! Everyone I have shown this movie too has absolutely fallen in love with it. Now it’s time for a new generation to experience this story. 🥰
Disney really is making some incredible TV series, hats off to them, keep up the great work. Wonderful seeing Warwick in this, Willow is such an awesome film and he is such an amazing actor, love him! It looks and sounds amazing, looking forward to seeing this!👍😁😎

Super stoked for this. One of my ALL TIME favorite movies! Amazing story, amazing cast, and one of the most memorable theme songs EVER!
