The way Brian majestically flops down looks both extremely painful and effortless at the same time. I also admire his control of not moving or laughing while Karen is casually slapping his face at the end. This man is a legend (so is Karen).
That flop is extremely reminiscent of Hugh Laurie’s flop on A bit of Fry and Laurie Football Coach sketch where he nearly broke his own neck. Plz look it up on this site, it’s quite something.

Because of how often he’s been seen filming his content, Brian can walk around town any time of day or night with full confidence that not only is he never going to be mugged or hassled, he’s never going to even be approached by people for fear they might end up in the midst of some hallucinatory song and dance number about the years budget deficit.
He even doesn’t get stopped by the police if he accidentally runs a red light.
