Army of the Dead | Official Trailer | Netflix

In Select Theaters May and on Netflix May 21.

From filmmaker Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen, Zack Snyder’s Justice League), ARMY OF THE DEAD takes place following a zombie outbreak that has left Las Vegas in ruins and walled off from the rest of the world. When Scott Ward (Dave Bautista), a former zombie war hero who’s now flipping burgers on the outskirts of the town he now calls home, is approached by casino boss Bly Tanaka (Hiroyuki Sanada), it’s with the ultimate proposition: break into the zombie-infested quarantine zone to retrieve $200 million sitting in a vault beneath the strip before the city is nuked by the government in 32 hours. With little left to lose, Ward takes on the challenge, assembling a ragtag team of experts for the heist. With a ticking clock, a notoriously impenetrable vault, and a smarter, faster horde of Alpha zombies closing in, only one thing’s for certain in the greatest heist ever attempted: survivors take all.

Starring Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana de la Reguera, Theo Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Nora Arnezeder, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro, Raúl Castillo, Huma Qureshi, Samantha Win, Michael Cassidy, Richard Cetrone, and Garret Dillahunt.

@Fomeh Martins Cinema is an art directors like Zack snyder ruining that art by there sense less movies… Look every film should be made with passion & try to achieve something new or unique which was never done or never seen before by audiences.. Look at Christopher Nolan that guy’s every film is an pure art support those kind of directors not snyder kind who makes garbage movies just for earning money…

    • Adam Smasher says:

It wasn’t just “WB involves”, Snyder had to leave the production of Justice League because of the loss of his daughter.

    • Timothy Sandrom says:

why they robbing a bank in a zombie movie?

    • The MulToyVerse says:

@Latif the 3rd Well, I guess they figured it easy to do so with Vegas bring sealed off and only having zombies there, though they did not figure the zombies to be fast, smart, and organised.

    • The MulToyVerse says:

@Latif the 3rd Its like a combination of Resident Evil and Ocean’s Eleven.

  5. Alexis D'souza says:

Good to see Dave Batista doing so well in Hollywood since his WWE days. He’s the best out of the wrestler-turned-actors for me personally.

    • Kelly 22 says:

@Xtcnyc 23 John Cena only good in WWE he’s an abhorrent actor lmfao

    • D.S. Red says:

@Wrestling Hotties I agree with this. The rock is fun to watch, but he’s kind of one dimensional. Bautista is not only good and comedy, (marvel universe, and that spy movie he did) he naturally slides into more serious action roles (John wick), and even some drama (blade runner 2049) when he needs to. I think that makes him a much better actor than the Rock

    • D.S. Red says:

@Xtcnyc 23 Cena was kind of good in “the Wall” granted he played a dying soldier through out the entire movie but it was believable lol

    • jtturner1508 says:

@D.S. Red idk The Rock was phenomenal in Gridiron Gang, which was a drama more than anything. He was great in Snitch, another movie where he didn’t play a badass. I think calling him one dimensional is selling him short. And he’s always shined in comedic roles

    • D.S. Red says:

@jtturner1508 truthfully I’ve only ever watched him in comedic/action roles, so I don’t really have much to go on other than that. I enjoyed the movies I’ve seen him in though!

  6. Dimitri Lafage says:

The more I see Dave Bautista playing, the more I like him ! He was amazing in Blade Runner 2049.

  7. Josh Mcgrath says:

Hiroyuki Sanada is having one hell of a year already playing Scorpion and now in this bad ass zombie flick He’s probably of the most underrated actors in our generation.

  8. LVRN DJAN says:

Can we all take a moment to appreciate how incredibly skilled these zombies are!!!!

    • AfroTac says:

why in the world would need that appreciation. It’s literally pointed out in the trailer? Do you bother thinking twice about anything that comes out of your head

  9. Matt Media says:

When facing a zombie, all Bautista gotta do is stand incredibly still.
