That’s not true that Wayne doesn’t write. You may be right about him not writing down his lyrics but I’ve heard of rappers/artist that have use this method of not writing anything down. It’s organized in their head on what they want to say. If you come up with 16 bars and constantly remember that in your head and then record the 16 bars and repeat this method, then you have a song. Biggie, Jay Z also did this. Not to mention artist we don’t know about that uses this method of making songs because they have never mentioned it before. But, if I was a betting person; I would say majority of the music industry artist are writing their lyrics down on paper or in their phone. Either way, the method of remembering lyrics in your head is unreal. Takes a great memory to do so.
@Justin Towns ….I’ll admit Wayne is dope but he’s not freestyling these lyrics. The things he’s saying in his rhymes takes time or little time depends on how he works (and I hear he’s a workaholic in the studio) to come up with those great bars.
