Incredible. Reusable boosters meaning cheaper launches. Elon musk and the team on Space X are making great strides for humanity.

The shuttles were reusable but these are much better as they land right back at the pad and don’t need to be schlepped 100 miles by ship (times two) and then have sea water cleaned out of them. I do wonder what the turn around time on them is. D they just need to be cleaned, inspected and refueled? Even though they lost the center booster this was amazing especially considering the speed they were going when they did the about face to return to the pad!

Yea, a good reason to buy a Tesla-car

Actually these shuttles arent reusable this was just a test to see if this is even possible

“The falcons have landed”. May be one of the most important, if not the most important sentence said in a long, long time since the launch of the Space Shuttle. Love it.

    • Daniel Shapiro says:

“Tranquility Base Here. The Eagle has landed”. TBH I prefer the falcons xD

    • Tito el Desaparecido says:

Byron for sure. Absolutely amazing. Kind of unfortunate this video is all stolen though and this channel is getting those views without any credit. Scummy AF.

design your own life changing rocket and you’ll recognize the cheering you deserve 😊

Lara Ozcan Some people like to here a 5000 hp internal combustion engine growl or mabey a rocket engine thunder not people got it.

    • Corey Blais says:

Well while you are probably cheering for a football game that amounts to nothing but some entertainment, these people are cheering for something that affects the human race as a whole and is one more step to preserving  and advancing the human race

    • mike senn says:

In that case…you should have hauled your ass out here and heard it in person. But you didn’t…so suck it.

    • indianapatsfan says:

deeingalaplike Totally agree. I’d much rather hear someone knowledgeable give a technical play by play without the screaming crowd noise.

Not only is this one of the first fuel-controlled landings, this is the first time two landings have been made simultaneously within such a short distance of one another.
