If only there had been some little dutch boy there to stop that LOL
That’s what the fool trump might have wished for,
Fake News ,Fake News
Joe beetz dude this isn’t fake this is live and real happening right now it my great state SO DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ISN’T TRUE MOST OF IT IS LIVE AND REAL DUMBASS
@Joe beetz it’s not fake it’s all over the news
If were the size of the Jolly Green Giant, he couldn’t have stopped that breakthrough.
Oh dam
aaayyyy
Well Dam…….
There it goes!!
lifetime occurrence and you stopped filming why?
@Lynda Burke you’re
@Daniel Taylor back to their desks?
@jim halpert how do you know?
Probably the MLive edit. The real question is why they’re not filming horizontally…
This is just how much of the clip the news used moron.
I live in this part of michigan and I’m like the last dam person to know about it
@Daniel Lindsay – Good advice. Never donate a dime to the Red Cross. Used to be run by Catholic nuns. But the smell of money in its coffers soon drew in the people who love money. 90% are volunteers but the 10% are over paid, office princesses with big salaries and perks.
@Roger Clemons Are you saying i should give “Nun” of my money, to the Red Cost? Just givin’ you the business. Rest, In Peace, Ken Osmond. Did you know, one need not donate/give a damn thing, to a Beaver and that Beaver will build a Dam, regardless. In other words…..you can leave it, to a Beaver or leave nothing, to a Beaver……..
I live near Flint. I heard an emergency radio signal that lasted 5 seconds. So much for the emergency service.
Daniel Lindsay this isn’t the first time midland has flooded I lived in midland for five years and it flooded 3 times when I lived there, midland Michigan is just so flat haha.
@host of I get ya, y’all get the tornadoes too. We get a bad hurricane sometimes. But the 2016 flood was some bullshit, the storm parked itsself over us and rained for 3 days straight
Did one of you bully 2020 as a kid or something? Because he pissed!
Water is like a teenager…. It always takes the path of least resistance.
Well, I don’t know. The path of least resistance would be a stationary one. That water, is booking downhill.
They should have fixed that dam along time ago
Let’s see if they get right this time
In fairness, the dam was designed almost a century ago. The repair/replacement will have to take into account the possibility of increased rainfall as time goes on. It won’t be a cheap fix.
Who is they? The Corps of Engineers? They haven’t had many dollars in the budget lately for infrastructure maintenance and improvements. Just sayin’
Hopefully Michigan can fix all the dam breaches faster than they fix roads
It was a private dam, the owner didn’t want to spend the 83k fixing it to handle water like thus!
Michigan’s never had good roads because Michiganders have never wanted to pay for them. Same thing with these dams. The dam owner didn’t want to pay for upgrades, and the property owners around the lakes didn’t want to pay either. Nobody wanted to pay. Nobody wanted to take responsibility. Now all those property owners live on a mud canyon. The value of their properties just plummeted. But, hey, they really showed that they weren’t paying for no stinking dam repairs.
blame china!
If you have a longer recording, please post the full duration.
Jike Menkins he’ll just keep replaying the same footage
“there it goes “
@iHeisenburger there it goes
There is also a tiny nuclear research reactor on the site, used to create material that can be used in product experiments. Overnight, Dow filed an “unusual event” report with the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission warning of potential flooding at the site. sources: NYT
Yikes
it’s a 300kw triga reactor. it’s incapable of melting down even at maximum power and total loss of water coolant. even if the entire site floods nothing will happen except the reactor core being ruined from dirt contamination.
Fukushima 2.0 wait for them Trumptards to blame this on China.
@Modus Operandi do you know what your talking about? Or just spewing the usual red vs blue horse shit?
It lasted almost 100 years.
Locals shocked as dam built from mowed grass cuttings collapsed.
Why no film in landscape ffs
It’s 2020 and people still don’t realize they can shoot video horizontally.
@Chris of STARS it’s 2020 and people still can’t learn the incredibly easy skill of holding a phone sideways with one hand. It’s like 300-400 grams.
@thedeathcake Nope. I’m right and you’re wrong and the evidence is all the videos. Ain’t nobody wanna hold their phone that way. CASE CLOSED.
Madwrestler 145 found another person that shoots video vertically everyone!
@Chris of STARS really? Have you used YouTube? Minus the Flat Earthers and people over 70, I think everyone else had mastered it.
Madwrestler 145 *You’re
Probably the most damn anti climatic video I’ve watched in my entire life
Ocean mean globe or world !!! Lakes mean states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana !!!
That’s it !!!
Ocean perfect level in 1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s
Ocean rise and over the land in South Florida this year, 2020 too !!!! That’s an unusual too !!!!
What is the relationship with a dam break?
Every damn time I hear about another dam failure I almost can’t believe my own damn ears! Humans are hardheaded and stupid and will never learn.
