@Abby Alphonse he was the prince of Denmark and Greece. Of course he was born into royalty.

    • Tal Alon says:

@ACE It doesn’t matter if he was born into royalty or not, what matters is that he is… was a person, who has lived for almost a century. A person who is now dead.

@Tal Alon ok and your point is what? the original poster wrote “What a wonderful and intriguing life Prince Philip has led” and I am commenting on that comment. OF COURSE HIS LIFE WAS WONDERFUL AND INTRIGUING. What else WOULD you expect as a ROYAL? he was BORN into this. So the OP’s point was DUMB as its self-evident

@ACE so distasteful on every level. Remember your comment when your loved one dies. But maybe you won’t.

    • ACE says:

@Tal Alon okay, so YOU don’t approve of my comments. Nice to know that!

    • ACE says:

@Aidan Amson what part of what I said was distasteful?? ” she can bear the damn loss, give me a break. he lived FOREVER, what more can one want? ” This is TRUE on EVERY LEVEL.

    • Absolute Longplay says:

So what. A royal man died. I think it is backwards to still have Kings and Queens in modern day Earth.

Man, almost a hundred years living like a king and with a great sense of humor. This guy lived life to the full.

This has really hit me. What a remarkable fellow this gentleman was and such a loving and supportive rock to his wife. I just pray the Queen can overcome this most awful of bereavements.
