Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge reunites Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello to kick shell in a beautifully realized pixel art world invoking the turtles’ classic 1987 design.
With Bebop and Rocksteady amassing gizmos to support Krang and Shredder’s latest scheme, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge finds the turtles battling through a breathless tour of iconic TMNT locations to thwart their nemeses’ most diabolical plan yet. Armed with shell-shocking new abilities built on a foundation of classic brawling mechanics, the gang are in for an exhilarating, Foot Clan-stomping romp leading them through the sewers and bustling boroughs of New York City all the way to Dimension X.

and perhaps April O’Neil gets a share of that pizza. it seems like she finally fights this time, so she could be playable. the only other time she was a playable fight in Sega Genesis TMNT Tournament Fighters, which isn’t a beatemup. April and Casey Jones should be playable in this, that would make this game worth getting cause there’s waay too many TMNT beatemups with only the turtles playable. the series playable selection really would benefit from more diversity.

This looks cool. After nearly 30 years Turtles in Time really needed a sequel.
They’ve had sequels and and some 3D remake, but some devs don’t understand that 2D art or pixels can do a game so much more justice. For the same reason I’ll always prefer Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion over Samus Returns.
