【Ingredients serves 3】
-Udon Noodles-
300g flour
140ml water
15g salt

-Tempura (batter)-
110g flour
200ml (1 egg + water combined)
+ Any ingredients you want
I used shredded carrots, eggplants, okra, and shrimp.

-Soup-
900ml water
10g kombu
20g dried Sardines
20g thick bonito flakes
5g thin bonito flakes

    The garden I went to is my uncle’s garden. He’s been sharing his vegetables with my family for decades and I am very happy to use his vegetables grown by his own hand for my video! I’ll keep harvesting vegetables from his garden for my videos from now on. Seasonal vegetables are the best! 🙂

    I actually tried making the Udon noodles yesterday! The taste was quite good, but boiling them for 10 Minutes made them extremely …mushy – is that supposed to happen? I made two portions and boiled the other noodles only until they started to float on the surface, because that’s how we usually try to predict when they are done(although it’s applied to noodles that consist of a much more batter-like dough), but they turned out slightly doughy of course… I need to try it again to see when they have the perfect consistency. xD

    would it save time to ask the store if they would just let you pick up many bags, record them and then when when you need something you can just recycle the footage of that particular item? surely it would save you actual time recording it each visit to the store and allow you to have stock footage of ingredients that you already have at home as well
