I hope we get to see Eric & Donna in the official trailer
@SoyBoyGaming he “keeps in touch” they say
It’s going to be weird that the entire cast except for Laurie and Midge RIP 🙏🏽, and Hyde because of legal troubles.
I hope before leaving, Eric tells Red, “If you do anything to hurt my daughter, my foot is gonna go up YOUR ass!”
Spoiler in trailer… why?
@SoyBoyGaming uhhhh don’t look at the news then lol
When Eric’s daughter said “No dancing you guys”….. she sounded exactly like Eric!! So excited for this show!!!!
@Midtoker Marius These are new chataracters…. Lol they are the old cast’s characters kids
Eric’s daughter? She’s not even African
I know theyre the grandparents But the footloose comment should definitely turn into”ill let this footloose in your ass” response from red jaja
Exactly !!!! Even her mannerisms !
I thought the exact same thing, it’s uncanny!
That little snippet of Eric’s daughter doing his same mannerisms was perfect, if we can get that same attention to detail for the whole show this could be a really quality show.
its a cop out, what if Eric were female,
The delivery/acting on that 70s show was great and it looked like they were legitimately having a good time with each other.
The kids in this one have Disney energy which totally pulls you away from the authentic feel that the veteran cast members deliver
@Smark Shillington, DFCO set in the 90s, these issues weren’t talked about as much back then, I’m sure feminism will be mentioned (it was also mentioned in that 70s show) but I don’t think they’d really talk about anything you listed, also this was written by the same people who wrote 70s show
Exactly put how I was thinking
@Smark Shillington, DFCO those topics were also “in” back in the 90’s hahaha, although maybe not under the names used today but yeah they were present specially in the grunge, punk and alternative scenes.
@Tay K.T. So you also use that stupid word. Fascinating. Such originality! You clearly missed the obvious when watching the show. They were making fun of people like you. But now that such things are forced like it will be in this show it’s no longer funny.
@Killer_Rabbit But it wasn’t forced. Now it’s the popular, in-crowd thing. Donna was an outlier and was actually likable. There’s that word only morons use. Thanks for pointing out how the original was superior in every single way and you can’t see that because you are the exact type of person the original show was mocking.
As a fan of the original “That 70’s Show” I will give this show a try. Only because Red & Kitty are still funny as ever😂🤣
I am happy to see Red and Kitty but I do not feel it I hope I am wrong but…..
I’m
Same
you will love it!
@modern362 yeah, I agree. It would probably be Kitty and Red carrying every episode.
I hope we get to see Eric’s opinion about Luke and Leia being siblings
The special editions didn’t even come out until 1997. This show is supposed to start in 1995
@futuremovieactor This series begins in 1995
@futuremovieactor 1995
I hope we get to see Eric’s opinion about Luke and Leia being siblings —- Don’t get the joke. Who’s Luke?
Feel like that 70’s show set in a somewhat altered universe where the two sequels of the original trilogy came a bit earlier than the 80’s.
I wasn’t expecting to get that warm nostalgic hit, but seeing Red and Kitty again definitely did the trick. I shrugged this off when it was announced but now I’m hoping it can deliver.
The daughter has nailed Eric’s mannerism. From the short clip anyway. Looking forward to the show.
Man this is crazy just wish I could see more of the original cast
The world needs more Red Forman. The older I get the more I can relate to him.
