Let’s all pretend that isn’t a peen on top of her bookshelf at 0:20….like, her place is crawling with phallic symbols: hotdogs, banana pillow covers…LOL. What’s not to love?

  4. TheMovieMyLife says:

When I saw $850, I wasn’t expecting that amount of space. Looks like a good deal. 🙂

from NYC for the cost of rent and space lol Thanks for sharing!

  6. codyisgnar says:

I’m paying $860 for half of a box of a room in SF. Im pretty envious to say the least.

  7. Fatima Goumghar says:

ok but don’t move to LA

    • Slinky K says:

Deshawn Saunders must be a an influx. But i agree, don’t move to LA lol

    • Joel Garcia says:

Yes follow your dreams elsewhere. Los Angeles is already overpopulated.

    • Up Next says:

Fatima Goumghar LA is like any other big city. Pay a lot for rent, or pay a little and get stabbed walking out your front door.

    • Samuel Placensis says:

Deshawn Saunders Because if you read the article in the L.A. Weekly, The L.A. Times, and Linkedin New Yorkers are the number one transplants moving to Los Angeles. Just google it. And in my line of work I meet them every single day and get to hear all their bull shit comments that they all make about L.A. the natives, and how they come here with this pre-conceived notions about California. They all watch to many movies.

  8. Yolanda M says:

    What a lovely priced apartment.

  9. miss sabina says:

Uuugghhh. This makes me so depressed I can’t find affordable housing
Edit: background I pay 1000 for a 300sq studio in Seattle. The housing crisis here is real.

  10. quiche lorraine says:

Oh my god im IN LOVE with her apartment. I looove Kitschy stuff. A few of my favorite things that I have are my egg shaped wallet, purse that looks like a Chinese takeout box, and a mug shaped like a toilet that I thrifted 💖💖💖

  11. Kimberly says:

Looks like Echo Park/Silverlake…. Ugh I’m from LA and $850 wow you scored BIG TIME girl!

  12. mymercedes4me says:

She got lucky to find that for $850…Very lucky! But it’s cute!

  13. miranda nicole says:

I love this apartment (and that price 😍). I just hate that the cabinets are fake. I’d probably remodel the kitchen with the cabinets as an excuse. Also, Christina! Put some stick-on wall lights in that closet! Super cheap fix.

  14. Dash Cam California says:

I bet she has rent control and has lived there for 10 years. This is not reality in LA, plus look up the area she lives in. Not really LA. You will not find rent at this price in LA proper or the valley.

  15. Dash Cam California says:

    Where are all her cats?

  16. Alexis says:

She reminds me of Garcia from Criminal Minds

  17. Steven Ryan says:

The catch is, she lives in the hood.

    • Stacy Gonzalez says:

Steven Ryan it’s not even the hood anymore with all the white washing

    • Leilani Commons says:

Highland Park isn’t the hood. Gang activity left 15 years ago. It’s now run by white kids who go to the liberal arts college that’s in Eagle Rock that decided to take on Highland Park as their church mission.

    • Up Next says:

Steven Ryan Highland park is full of thugs. I wouldnt walk around at night. Ghetto

  18. Stacy Gonzalez says:

Yeah highland Park is only expensive because of all the gentrification that’s going on.
Being someone who was born and raised in hlp it breaks my heart seeing families forced to move out just because the landlord wants to renovate and jack up to bring in more weathly people the local schools are forced to cut classes because there’s a shortage of families my friend mom who works at the elementary school has to work at 2 schools because of this. Gentrification is hurting highland Park but no one cares because of all the hipster coffee shops and bars are so awesome and cool

    • Leilani Commons says:

Fuck all the rich Oxy kids who are trying to spruce up the neighborhood. Thank god the crime is down, but fuck all of the hipstery crap.

    • TY says:

Girl Harlem is becoming white and it’s sad. Unfortunately gentrification will not end and will continue to happen.

    • Up Next says:

Stacy Gonzalez I like being able to walk around and not get shot at. Im willing to move to a safe place, or pay a lot more, to avoid living with thugs. You want lower rent.. Move to Watts, South LA or Compton. Inglewood is about to get taken over.

    • Robert Hood says:

Haha making things nice is hurting people. Wtf? Is there anything that people can’t be bitches about? A landlord isn’t a bad person for investing in their INVESTMENT. Is it bad if a tenant moves out when the lease is up? If not then it can’t be bad vice versa. If you can’t follow that logic I’d want you to move out too.

  19. Kory Mann says:

*I live in a very similar size/quality apartment close to LA county, and it cost 4 times as much, this girl got such a good deal!!!*

  20. Lil, Charmander says:
