Like so many in the comments, I have grown up with this band. I was 15 the first time I heard Dammit and now I’m 41. This band has been there for me through all the ups and downs of the last 26 years. I hated Tom for leaving and it felt like a gut punch when Mark announced he was sick. But all of that was overshadowed when I saw them together again on the Coachella livestream and soon after live in concert in Cleveland Ohio. I can’t wait to see what these guys do and I’m here for it all
Beautiful song. I see why Mark put this on his Mount Rushmore of blink songs. This song goes over their development as men, as musicians and as brothers. The references in the visuals and the lyrics pay tribute to their albums and songs together, and I love that they say “I miss you” and Travis even says it in the back while he’s drumming. With how good Travis has gotten at producing and mixing songs and albums, I think he might’ve even produced this one. While on break from blink, he produced songs for Avril Lavigne, KennyHoopla, nothing nowhere, Mod Sun and Escape The Fate
