I Ran A Chocolate Factory For A Day
HELLO FRIENDS!! I’ve always dreamed of having an opportunity to enter my Willy Wonka era, and now it’s finally here. I was ~somehow~ entrusted to take over the Escazu Chocolate factory in Raleigh, NC for a day, and you can definitely say I made the most of it. We followed the entire chocolate-making process – from bean to bar – and made two different custom chocolate creations together – a beautiful ombre bar & a marbled galaxy chocolate confection! What do you guys think of our final products? Do I have a future as a chocolate maker?

The fact that in all of these videos, Saf and Tyler not only work with small businesses, but they have fun with the workers while doing it? Like I’m sure they have fun teaching their craft to others and it helps them get a little excitement back for their art if they’ve lost it.
Seeing the chemistry between Saf, Ty and Empoyees is always a serotonin rush
