Ed is such a mild-mannered and pleasant man yet he’s directed some of the most disturbing, over-the-top content ever produced into a game. It’s wonderful.
Junji ito is similar. He’s hilariously innocent and goofy but makes the freakiest horror manga ever 😂

Ed Boon is the guy I’d like to be growing up. Not in an idolized way, but being naturally down to earth while still creating chaotic mediums.
It’s so insane to see how far Ed Boon has come.
First time I ever seen his name as a kid was in the credits after I beat Cruis’n USA for the N64. Then I seen his name again in the Mortal Kombat credits and other games from Midway.
