The world’s favorite blue hedgehog is back for a next-level adventure in SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2. After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is eager to prove he has what it takes to be a true hero. I’m actually very impressed by the sonic movies. I never knew Jim would make such an interesting and pretty much perfect robotnik. I hope he sticks around for a few more movies!
Also knuckles sounds fantastic.
Digging the “Emerald Hill Zone” music nod at the end!
They had the song for Green Hill in the first movie, so it makes sense to have a song from the original Sonic 2 game in the second film.

When the people behind something actually listens to the audience, it makes me want to support them and all their efforts regardless of bad or good. This looks great though.
Agreed. It would seem they took the lessons they learned from the first movie and kept those principles in place moving forward.

This movie is definitely going to be a huge success like the first one! The fact that they are sticking to the comic book and video game concept of Knuckles going against Sonic at first is lit and his entrance was on point. He obviously won’t be a villain and will change sides since I am assuming that the gem Eggman is trying to find is the Master Emerald; so Knuckles would clearly need it for his home. And I can totally see that Tails’ CGI had some modifications (Even Sonic too, you can kinda tell.) from the first sonic movie, which kinda makes me sad since I think that design was more accurate and adorable. BUT I WON’T COMPLAIN RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THIS MOVIE!
And hopefully, they keep making more movies because they can really make a whole entire movie series storyline with a bunch of loved characters brought t the movie screen!
I like how they made knuckles’ arms thicker in order to show off his strength. That kind of attention to detail just shows you how much effort is being put in.
