The fact that it’s an intertwining of the melody’s of clean, how you get the girl, and all you had to do was stay while still feeling original is immaculate

Imagine keeping “Say Don’t Go” and “Is it Over Now?” In the vault for all of these years! Blondie, thank you for releasing these heart wrenching love songs!

I Imagine she dropped “Say Don’t Go” because it’s very similar to “All You Had to Do Was Stay” in many ways. I’m glad we have both now though!

It’s magical that she has been in the game for 15+ years and you still make these masterpieces. This is beautiful it’s so intertwining the lyrics and relatable this is such a down to earth song it really shows what it’s like to be a teen girl love you Taylor I don’t love what I would do without u

I love how each of the 1989 Taylor Version songs sound like an anthem for each feeling, mood, and sentiment that you experience in life and love; where you can just feel like shouting through any of the lyrics from any of the songs in Taylor’s album because it just describes exactly what you go through. I love her! ❤

this is explaining what is happening in my life right now. I feel like taylor always releases music right when I need her. When we need. If you’re a swiftie or not feel free to cry to her music. Scream to her music. Or just relate to it. We love you taylor💖

My wife and I separated in 2013 after 41 years together. We’ve tried several times since then to reconcile but each time she said I had to go. This song is as though Taylor was in the room as a ghost, writing down what she could see happening between us. Our most recent attempt was last week, and again she didn’t say “Don’t go.”

The melody of this song would definitely fit on 1989 if it was released back then🥲 This vault track can tell an amazing story just by closing your eyes and picturing yourself in a mysterious and beautiful place🥹🩵😊
