Hey Kevin just want to thank you for helping me with my depression and curiosity with cars

    • Johnny AllStar says:

You prefer the Windsor over the Cleveland?

    • Junkyard Digs says:

@Johnny AllStar absolutely! Waayyyy more and cheaper aftermarket parts, more plentiful and cheaper cores, And they lived long enough to even receive a factory roller cam.

    • Johnny AllStar says:

@Junkyard Digs Im sure the cheaper parts are due to the abundance of windsors. my father had a ’70 Mach 1 w/ a 351C. He swore up and down that it was the superior engine. He was a master mechanic. I’d ask his opinion on it but, I’d need a ouija board to communicate. Anywho, I respect your take on all this. never miss an episode. btw, thanks for your service. I myself was 11B. Your MOS?

    • Junkyard Digs says:

@Johnny AllStar many people view them as the best motor Ford ever made, but I also hold cost to build at a very high level in that opinion, and the Cleveland is pretty much the first engine out the door after that. That and an FE. 351 Windsors are very strong, plentiful, and most importantly cheap 👌

Ive always wanted to see someone revive a cougar. My mother has a 70 with a 351C and 3 speed manual, and this may just convince me to bring that old gal back to life.

I love cougars, they have lots of experience and tons of fun on the road.

  6. Derek Waffles says:

My dad had a 67 1/2. Basically it was a 1967 titled car, but had the side marker lights of a 68. Absolutely loved that car growing up. Same color too, blue outside, black leather inside.

  7. Dan Lenox says:

The smile on the owners face when he got in the drivers seat was like a kid on Christmas. Keep up the good work guys

  8. Naming things suck says:

Knowing that this car will be restored to its former glory or better is so cool!

  9. J2KINFLA RC says:

I found a cougar in a barn once, she didn’t have any wheels but had some killer headlights!
