Hey Kevin just want to thank you for helping me with my depression and curiosity with cars
You prefer the Windsor over the Cleveland?
@Johnny AllStar absolutely! Waayyyy more and cheaper aftermarket parts, more plentiful and cheaper cores, And they lived long enough to even receive a factory roller cam.
@Junkyard Digs Im sure the cheaper parts are due to the abundance of windsors. my father had a ’70 Mach 1 w/ a 351C. He swore up and down that it was the superior engine. He was a master mechanic. I’d ask his opinion on it but, I’d need a ouija board to communicate. Anywho, I respect your take on all this. never miss an episode. btw, thanks for your service. I myself was 11B. Your MOS?
@Johnny AllStar many people view them as the best motor Ford ever made, but I also hold cost to build at a very high level in that opinion, and the Cleveland is pretty much the first engine out the door after that. That and an FE. 351 Windsors are very strong, plentiful, and most importantly cheap 👌
Ive always wanted to see someone revive a cougar. My mother has a 70 with a 351C and 3 speed manual, and this may just convince me to bring that old gal back to life.
Heck yes you should make it into a video
Would love to see ahh video of this 💪
If you’re not inclined to make it happen, wrangle up The junkyard digs guys for fun .
Just don’t go about the way these guys run their show. There are other channels that show you how to properly bring a rig out of hibernation.
Oh you absolutely have to now
Congrats on the 1M subscribers!!! Keep ‘em coming.
A barn find cougar??? That’s rare, I usually find them at the bar😂
Whoops, extra letter slipped in 😂
LUL
Usually ca. 1968.
Yeah, but you still gotta knock the dust off them
55 year old Cougar and two young guys…… still wrong movie.
I love cougars, they have lots of experience and tons of fun on the road.
@Y4123idk if a 2002 qualifies as a cougar. I think that’s to young.
Somebody not getting it..yet…lol
@LA😂
@FishFind3000 that has some Mary Kay Letorneau vibes
I had a cougar for a couple of years, man could she cook!
My dad had a 67 1/2. Basically it was a 1967 titled car, but had the side marker lights of a 68. Absolutely loved that car growing up. Same color too, blue outside, black leather inside.
67 is my favorite year for Cougars.
The smile on the owners face when he got in the drivers seat was like a kid on Christmas. Keep up the good work guys
Knowing that this car will be restored to its former glory or better is so cool!
As an old guy, I really want to thank you young guys for taking the time to do your best to give that man the inspiration, support and hope he needed to get back on his original dreams. ❤👍🏻
I found a cougar in a barn once, she didn’t have any wheels but had some killer headlights!
🤨
It was only a matter of time before I saw this comment 😂
Take my like, you earned it. This is the best comment I’ve seen in a while.
Haha Yessa 😂😂
Was there any junk in the trunk?
