David Alaba’s first-half strike and Lucas Vasquez’s late goal see Real Madrid win 2-1 vs. Barcelona. Vinicius Jr. threatened early on for Real Madrid before Sergino Dest wasted a great chance to score for Barcelona. David Alaba then broke forward at speed and smashed home the opening goal just before halftime. Barcelona fought back well in the second half, but Real hit them on the break when Lucas Vazquez scored in injury time. Sergio Aguero grabbed his first Barcelona goal in the 97th minute, but it was too little. too late for the home side.

@Relenter O yeah man. Mo vs Guardiola was legit awesome! The tension was real. Remember Barca’s 5-0 victory? The stakes seemed to be so high back then. Me and my friends used to tune in to every Clasico just to watch two giants show the footballing world how to play. It just isn’t that exciting anymore (it was up until maybe 3, 4 years ago)

Just a reminder that Dest isn’t a winger and expecting him to score every other shot is too much. If he works on that he will definitely be a better winger. Great assist though

YES you are absolutely right I am a bit impressed. Those two goals was Ter Stagen’s fault. The first goal was more annoying than the 2nd which he should have position himself well, but he failed to cut the angles thin. I am telling you top quality goalkeepers would have push it out for a corner kick. Our goalkeeper is not good anymore his lost his form to be honest.
