CRIMES OF THE FUTURE – Official Teaser
As the human species adapts to a synthetic environment, the body undergoes new transformations and mutations. With his partner Caprice (Léa Seydoux), Saul Tenser (Viggo Mortensen), celebrity performance artist, publicly showcases the metamorphosis of his organs in avant-garde performances. Timlin (Kristen Stewart), an investigator from the National Organ Registry, obsessively tracks their movements, which is when a mysterious group is revealed… Their mission – to use Saul’s notoriety to shed light on the next phase of human evolution.

Love the cast, mix of practical and digital effects, and the fact that Crash was listed at the top of his filmography made my jaw drop! Fantastic teaser!

Possessor was directed by his son Brendan Cronenberg not his father.
Brandon’s next film is called INFINITY POOL starring Alexander Skarsgard and Mia Goth. It’s already been shot. Also with NEON in the US.

@K U depiction of violence, something like that. I mean Cronenberg have faced that many times already, it’s nothing new to him but he can get away that easy.
What kind of controversies are you thinking of?
OMG, yes. My body (horror) is ready. I’ve been desperate for him to do an original script again. Very excited.
