Absolutely Absurd RTX 40 Video Cards: Every 4080 & 4090 Announced So Far
Sponsor: Crucial DDR5 Memory https://geni.us/p8qlSIW
EVGA left the game for 1 week and the entire video card industry has lost its mind. In this video, we’ll walk through the marketing madness, silly names, and, in some cases, bizarre designs of the NVIDIA RTX 4090, RTX 4080 16GB, and RTX 4080 12GB partner model video cards. This includes video cards from ASUS, Gigabyte, Colorful, MSI, Galax, Inno3D, Zotac, Palit, PNY, and Gainward. There are a few others too, but we only really removed the less relevant ones.

Glad to see cards get a little more serious
Who comes up with these names, lol
The marketing is ridiculous and the cards themselves have gotten just plain obnoxious. At some point may as well just have a mouse and keyboard input and do away with the computer itself. 🤦🏼♂️
These card are getting so big that eventually you will just buy a graphics card and mount the rest on the PC to it.
Was it worth pinning this, for the win?
It’s a VCR bro
Nvidia is actually very considerate of their buyers by providing them with video card, space heater, dumbbell and building brick all in one.
You can also use the card for self-defense by striking would-be thieves with it.
@MISTER SIR 15:15 inno3d is coming out with a watercooled 4090 and 4080
PC gaming is dead if this trend continues, everyone should be ashamed of this garbage.
Not only has Nvidia provided all of the above, they also have provided a self-defence weapon to use if for whatever reason you get into an argument with an AMD (or Intel) fanboy.
@Rodiculous lol dude it’s less than 2 grand, it’s not like I can’t afford it, it’s that it’s literally not worth the price they want.
This was truly a masterpiece, one for the Internet records. The only thing missing is the upcoming Yeston “Waifu” GPU line-up:
RTX 4070 “Juggernaut’s Juggies of Joy” using a Dual Antimatter Interdimensional support stick.
RTX 4080 “The Thicc Thighs of Terror” featuring a truly inspiring Obelisk of Manhood support stick.
RTX 4090 ” Kahuna’s Kryptonite” using the Stick of Enchanted Anti-Gravity to support the massive weight and contain the dark power of the Kahunas from transforming into a supermassive black hole.
It’s like a Game of Thrones of video cards trying to fill in the power vacuum left by EVGA’s departure…but none of them are going to win
EVGA said this season sucks and makes no sense, we’re done.
AMD will win when they attend the Red Wedding.
With the price of those cards, I can definitively feel the absolute dark power coming from behind
It’s a good thing that Palit was able to summon their dark power to make use of anti-gravity plates, a GPU support stick would be needed without these breakthrough features!
Thanks for the video, guys.
Inno3D isn’t just “brutal”, they’re “201% committed”. That’s impressive.
You laugh, but I’m sure it’s just a conversion anomaly from metric to imperial units. With enough precision, it would’ve been 200% even.
@Handyman I need my GPU maker to be at least 500% committed
@Rodiculous They and Nidia give 0.056 shits per minute about their customers, which is a 29% uplift on no shits given on previous rip-offs.
They’re not just 201% committed… They’re 201% committed over the entire 905637mm² surface area!!!
And of course I’m treated with an ad for that Queen’s Blade game while watching this video on my phone.
going to be completely honest. at this point i’d be happy with a 50 series that was simply a refined 40 series with less power draw and reasonable heat targets. I’m perfectly fine with the current performance but dam i’d like my 3 other pci slots back.
your better than me then. I’m hoping to get 30 series performance for half the cost. — 500.
Radeon is looking pretty good rn ngl
Make it not cost 30x more too
The worst part of this whole launch is that it’s entire possible you nailed what 50 series will be. With the supposed performance gains that Nvidia is claiming, having little performance enhancement, but actually easily attainable power draw may somehow be seen as a win.
So fun to watch! I don’t remember when last time I laugh lol so much during watching tech video about those amazing bio genetics cards with brutal dark power …Great coverage Steve .
Hmmm, should I get a “Jedi Battle Axe” or a “Bionic Shark”? So many to choose from!
Edit: Now the “Midnight Kaleidoscope” is looking pretty good too, that “absolute dark power” sounds cool.

AIB makers apparently still thinking they’re selling 2 grand’s worth of GPU to 14 year olds
Black and red rainbow edition is coming in hot
