Arsenal v. Manchester City | PREMIER LEAGUE HIGHLIGHTS | 10/8/2023 | NBC Sports

Jesus was an engine throughout the whole game, Saliba and Gabriel kept the robot at bay, and Martinelli was an instant impact. Incredible game Gunners!
The most important thing is: Will Arsenal BOTTLE it again? We’ll see
@Oliver Marcusmy god fans can’t get enough of arsenal bottling things. We just won a game it’s not like it’s march and we are facing city again. We aren’t top of the league. Are we? These “fans” can’t get enough
Feels like Odegaard made so many mistakes lately
Haaland is always at bay and then scores a tap in, he was bad at that today, nothing to do with Arsenal since has 12 games in a row ghosting
@Oliver Marcus sorry English isn’t my 1st language and I’m just curious. What does ‘bottle it’ mean? My guess is ‘playing well in early season but resulting a bad ending at the end?’
Thomas Partey doesn’t do sideways passing. Always trying to hurt the opposition. Dude is a monster!
Monster for sure. Dude is also always trying to hurt his gfs
@Ololz22 like Giggs
I know, right! He had the best assist for KDB last year. A monster. ha hahahahah
@Oliver Marcuswho doesn’t make mistakes .. you think Messi or Ronaldo or those great players never made mistakes ?
@80Eightsports I am answering this dude who’s claiming Partey to be a monster. Everyone needs to come down to earth. Arsenal didn’t win the World Cup, it’s too, too, too early in the season. I am being sarcastic by saying World Cup for those with bird brains not to jump at me
This game showed how important martinelli and saka are. Feel happy for havertz he must have more confidence after this
We meet again
@Kevin UchihaI just have to live with the fact I’m probably seeing you everyday
CIty fans gotta stop crying and making excuses and saying arsenal should not be proud of their peformance own up to it like ur manager did
@arsenal are goated I guess
Arsenal were scrappier despite both missing key players
Credit to Mikel Arteta with the team selection, brutal sub at half-time and the three impactful changes late in the game. Declan Rice easily the best player on the field today.
I don’t think the halftime sub was all that brutal. If I remember correctly, Trossard felt something in his hamstring.
Rice is worth every penny, his tackles were incredible. Could be looking at ones of the best defenses in the league with Saliba and Gabriel behind him as well
declan lol no, Partey is the best player not named Bukayo in the front seven
@Omar Devon Little facts he’s criminally underrated and better than Rice imo
Martinelli deserved the moment. He was working hard, sprinting back on defense all game.
What’s deserved and what actually happened are two different things. That was never his goal – 100% Ake OG
It was on target therefore it’s his goal 😂
He was a substitute
All game? He only played the second half
martinelli ws a sub
The last 4 passes that led to the goal were made by the 4 substitutions made by arteta 👍
especially when Tomiyasu was up front, I got surprised whats he doing up there hahahha
How kovacic did not get a red card is still unbelievable. But good win Arsenal.
Glad he didn’t get sent off. Then they would have said they lost because they were a man down. No excuses now.
@Mario Lopez ‘very good point. Though this shows that there is blatant favoritism. This was more of a red card than Curtis Jones’.
@Mario Lopez ‘LMAOOO funniest comment
@Mario Lopez ‘what was the excuse for bottling it last season 💀
Fr if one of our players did that it’s a straight red😂
So happy for Tomiyasu to be involved in the goal given the fact that he initiated City’s win at the Emirates last season
Arsenal won without Saka! Crazy game. Proud of Arsenal and their fans.
Saka not that crucial
@Treeshe only has what 9 g/a already..
@Treeshorrendous take
@Treeshe’s easily their best player 😂
@Treesmy brother in Christ he is their golden boy
I love how they didn’t show the second kovacic foul because they knew they couldn’t defend him not getting sent off. Lol absolutely ridiculous.
