For all who are about to embark on this – I want to let you know, I started one of Adrienne’s 30 day journey back in in the beginning of 2020, it was the kickstarter of a whole new life, after doing this I joined the gym, started 2 martial arts, and today I’m sitting in a brand new body, 5 stone lighter and in the best condition I’ve ever been in my entire life. Thank you Adrienne.

For those starting, enjoy the journey and one of the biggest peices of advice I can give, is to harness the discipline of it, just turning up, and getting the mat out every day (no matter how you feel). I had no idea just how far that alone would take me today. Enjoy, all.

Hi Everyone, so excited to be starting 2023 with another of your masterpieces Adriene 🙏🏼 I’ve only just found you three months ago, but it’s been the most transformational and inspiring 3 months! I’m so excited to get into this! Here’s to 2023 being all we desire it to be 💚🧘🏻‍♀️🦋

I have been doing yoga with Adriene since the first UK lockdown in March 2020 and this year I have decided to start training to become a yoga teacher myself.

Thank you, it is not an exaggeration to say that you have quite literally saved my life.

    Namaste x

@Barbara Draude I’m excited for you! Sounds like there’s quite a few of us who have been moved by Adrienne’s teachings. I doubt I would have ever started yoga without her! Good luck to you x

My story too – I started with Adrienne’s videos as a way to cope with the pandemic lockdown and have fallen in love with yoga. I am taking a yoga teacher training class in March 2023 and am so excited about learning more and developing my practice. Good luck with your journey.

@Hannah Chesher well done you! So nice to know that someone else is on the same journey as me. How are you finding it? 😊

For my neurodivergent friends, or those that find comfort in familiarity, I like being one day behind because then i’m able to watch through the video the day before to know what to expect in the sequence. I find I’m more mentally prepared to go all the way and my energy matches the amount i need for the level of intensity.
Thank you so much Adriene for offering another year! I’ve been here since the very first 30 day challenge!

  5. Amanda Osenga says:

I’ve been practicing with Adriene since the channel was a year old. This is always such a great way to start my year!

  6. Sam G. says:

This challenge always makes me so emotional! I can’t wait to get back into yoga as I dropped off about halfway through 2022. I know I’ll be stiffer and weaker but I’m ready to find my center for the sake of my emotions! Good luck everyone!

Omg omg omg omg I have been looking forward to this for all of December!!! One of my favorite traditions of the new year. We love you Adriene! 🧘‍♀️

Happy New Year everyone. Just completed my first 365 days of Yoga with Adriene, I am retired and finally had the time to commit to daily practice. Somedays it was hard to get on the mat but so glad I continued the journey. Excited for a new year of yoga 😍

  9. Hannah Chesher says:

For me, this is the best way to start out the new year. It sets me in the right trajectory for the remainder of the year. This will be the 3rd, January 30 day challenge I’ve participated in in with Adriene. I’m so excited & I just can’t hide it 💃 , she never disappoints! It’s also a way for me to disguise the longest, darkest, coldest most depressing month of the year into the complete opposite. Adriene warms up my mornings, contributes positive insights & guidance and best of all YOGA! ❤️🧘‍♀️🇨🇦🙌

  10. Annaleise Kealiher says:

I choose to commit to the 30-day Yoga Journey, because I get to create who I am each day.
Best wishes to all of us along for the ride: on another yoga journey, and another trip around the sun–on spaceship Earth! 🚀
    Thank you, Adriene!!!
