@Mohammed Faisal The problem with keeping him as a surprise at the PPV is that the crowd might’ve expected it to be CM Punk in Chicago so, by any chance, they hijack it with “CM Punk” chants, they could temper it a bit with the announcement now and save his appearance at the PPV.
@travistouchdown8175 Hell, they might do it anyways. It’s Chicago, and they have a habit of chanting for him even when he’s not there.
Hearing the crowd reactions when he said “Legacy”, “Apex Predator” and “Voices In Your Heads” is just so devastating and show how much everyone really miss him!
Meh I didn’t. He’s so boring to watch. Glad he’s healthy but I don’t want to see him wrestle.

I’m so glad that Cody announced it in the way that he did, and equally happy about the audience reaction. The pop will be insane and I’m 100% here for it. Awesome to have Randy back after 18+ months of surgery and recovery.
The way Cody announces it, that it fits perfectly into the current storyline and then realizes that the GOAT is finally coming back to the rings, frankly, what a crazy segment.
