The terrifying horror game phenomenon becomes a blood-chilling cinematic event, as Blumhouse— the producer of M3GAN, The Black Phone and The Invisible Man— brings Five Nights at Freddy’s to the big screen.

The film follows a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to make it through.

I remember sitting down to watch Markiplier’s first FNAF video when it came out. Then rushing and buying the mobile version on my phone so I could play too. Now we’re all the way to a full blown movie. What an amazing franchise to be a part of.

Scott and Blumhouse, just by including people from the FNAF community, a massive round of applause to you. You understand and appreciate the people that made this movie happen. Regardless of good or not, this movie scored major points just through that.

It’s so nice to see how far Cory has come from playing fnaf in 2014 to actually being in the movie for it it’s insane 👏🏾

I’m glad for the fans of the franchise, for an adaptation this looks extremely solid. It may not be for me, but I’m glad the fans get something good to look forward to. Y’all deserve it.

I remember downloading the game on my phone and from there the obsession began. I’ve always dreamed of a movie ever since I was a kid. Now it’s here. Scott brought to us an amazing story and I can’t wait to see what we learn in the movie. All the videos about the complicated lore have been great to watch as well. At last, it’s finally here.

I remember it was 2013 August when I first saw FNaF. It were those Markiplier & other Youtuber’s playthroughs, the SFM animations, the songs, the parodies that were very iconic for me. I used to make a lot of fanart back then, along with other many talented artists of all kinds, and now I got inspiration again to continue making those drawings! I used to believe the pizzeria existed, but as years passed, people made amazing cosplays & animatronics, as well as fan- made movies, and now the official movie is going to be real! They look very realistic to the game models. About the movie, I’m glad that Scott chose Blumhouse to make this happen, since they made the best horror movies over these years, and they also made M3GAN, which I approve of, and felt that this movie will most likely come out this year. And about the red eyes thing, it’s not bad at all imo, we should be just grateful that the game series finally became a movie and not make big deals of small details. All on all, I’m glad that some Youtubers got their cameos in the movie, it really is a big thing. Thank you Scott and Blumhouse for making our dream come true, creating an amazing franchise and an official movie! ❤
