@Epic Exactly my thoughts- his personality isn’t exactly unique, but it’s fun.
I mean, there’s like almost 8 billion people in the world. There are many people similar to MatPat.
My first thought would be to do what most Canadian companies do and just have them answer a skill testing question, usually in the form of a basic BEDMAS question to claim the prize.

I actually remember this story on Reddit that goes like this.
There was this guy on a university campas that made a panini cart and was selling paninis for around $3, the faculty said that he had to take down his business because you weren’t allowed to sell food on campas, the very next day he was out with his cart now saying he sold paper towels, one square for $3 and with every purchase you get a free panini.

@Teresa E. Listing the price per entry is irrelevant so long as you provide a means to enter without purchase. A sweepstakes must clarify no purchase necessary. You can say with purchase of and the amount, but you also have to say no purchase necessary.

I volunteer at a charity shop in England and we are having an Easter raffle. When the manager was telling us about it, they told us to make sure we stapled a piece of paper with information on it for legal purposes. No one bought any tickets while I was on the till though, so I didn’t get to see what was on the paper.
