Man the animation is stiff and cheap, they’re saving a lot of money or rushing projects so people keep supporting their game, it’s ridiculous
Meanwhile the animation team is kept alive by $0.10 instant ramen and sleeps in their work place because they can’t afford food or rent with how much money the higher-ups are pocketing…
Nice of Blizzard to show us a glimpse into our own real life future

Lore! This is exactly what we want. The animation team has never disappointed and they continue to never disappoint.
There’s always been a lore. The comic books are canon.
Always remember, people *want* to LOVE Overwatch. Fans love the characters, the lore, the positive spirit. Zero Hour made so many of us cry, Genji appearing makes the hair on my neck standup if I watch it now. Blizzard, you just have to meet us half way. This became a multi billion dollar franchise for a reason. Don’t waste or exploit that love. It’s passionate not unconditional.

Very true. Overwatch used to be one of my favorite games for a while because of what you just said, but Blizzard has practically just been neglecting the playerbase ever since Overwatch 2
They exploited it a long time ago.

Cyberpunk Edgerunners as a anime had me on a depression after the ending and it was so good.
I hope they give Overwatch a anime like edgerunners.
And keep it as far away from the Blizzard execs as possible

So glad the universe of Overwatch is being expanded. The lore and characters is what made me a fan in the first place.
The anime style is nice. But with Pixar level cinematics blizzard is capable of making I really wanted a full movie. Either way, I am excited to get more lore and look forward to the rest of this series.
