New developments in Gabby Petito case
The mystery surrounding Gabby Petito continues to grow. She’s the 22-year-old woman who was last seen on a road trip with her boyfriend, who is now missing. There are several developments including what a search warrant turned up and what a park ranger in Utah saw just before Gabby’s disappearance.
Brian is not missing. He’s on the run.
Brian will never be found, not anytime soon. Perhaps there is a chance that he claimed to have eliminated gabby out of self defense, which is information that could cast a bad light on law enforcement if it ever were to reach the public. Law enforcement, as you recall, is shown to have switched their decision on citing gabby for a simple domestic dispute infraction during a previous traffic stop. No clue as to what impelled the officers to reverse their Initial conclusions, however, had they followed through on their instincts, perhaps gabby may still be with us today. Who knows. Although it certainly is not a heinous crime to let people off with a slap on the wrist, given the turn of events, the media may vilify law enforcement for yet another prominent display of inconsistency and hypocrisy in their application of the law. Perhaps, as a way to sweep everything under the rug, the government—who is now virtually tip toeing around the media’s watchful gaze—decided to silence brian…permanently. 😬

@Onye Ibe I think he’s too much of a coward and narcissist to take his own life. He’s most definitely on the run and probably long out of the country by now. Mommy and Daddy made sure he got plenty of a head start before reporting him as “missing”. He’s not missing, he’s escaped!
@I don’t know no, the note on the car was from local police who tagged the car for towing if it wasn’t removed from where it was parked. Seems the parents staged it there so everyone would think he went into the park and the gators got him. Trying to fake his death so people will stop looking for him.

reason for his “silence” and refusal to speak to the police is that he has been on the run since before she was reported missing.
@Mostly MMA I suspect him of killing her too but that’s a horrible argument. Hitting doesn’t immediately correlate to killing. The girl also scratched his face up out of emotion to the point where he was bleeding. There’s evidence of them both abusing each other.

It is a homicide. Also,there were 2 other women killed in the area within days of them being pulled over as well

I agree,she tried but love is funny that way…..also THAT Officer was a Park Ranger. The stop we saw on Video was in Moab, Utah and it was Police that stopped them, Gabby had been accused of hitting Brian, he had scratches on his face. They got Brian a place in a Hotel, and gave her the keys to stay in the Van…..There have to have been several stops and calls.
Only cop I feel sorry for out of it all. She actually tried.

One can only do so much to make them SEE the toxic relationship they are in. . Gabbie HERSELF told that lady Ranger that she DID NOT WANT TO BE AWAY FROM HIM THAT NITE. That she wanted to be with him.
The perfect opportunity to get away was right there, but she didn’t want any help.

@deni g But before that there was a 911 call that Brian was slapping HER. She acted like an emotionally abused person at the traffic stop afterward. Brian deflected all the blame to HER. Seems like classic emotionaly/physical abuse for Gabby. She may have gotten in some defensive swipes, but I don’t think she was the abuser of the two.
Hopefully he gets caught and spends the rest of his life in a tiny little jail cell with nothing but his thoughts.

the sad thing is, gabby probably knew her relationship was toxic and was ready to call it quits but brian wasn’t having it…. i wish she waited til she was home safe to break it off with him 🙁

Maybe the police should’ve called PROJECT SAFE for battered women & turned Gabby over to them.
