so glad ghost trick is finally getting the attention it deserves! it’s seriously one of my favourite games of all time

If we reduce the population due to a lack of Earth’s resources, science will fall behind due to a lack of human resources, and we will be pushed out of the space race.
Get resources quickly from other celestial bodies. Then we need to rapidly expand the number of celestial bodies.
@Tea n ink Extremely cleverly designed puzzles, funny but deep and relatable characters, and the plot is insanely well-written, especially near the end. Really humorous but also touching and emotional. To sum up the gameplay, as a ghost, you can rewind time just before the death of a person and try your best to alter the environment slightly to save them and progress. Definitively one of the masterpieces of the DS era, but it’s quite unpopular somehow.
To be honest, I would rather see a sequel than just an ported game. Yeah, I know the story has reached a complete and happy end, but Capcom can introduce a new story and new characters as well.
@Tea n ink ofc! basically, you play as the spirit of this guy that like just died and forgets everything about who he is and what he was doing. you have the ability to manipulate objects, making them do things like open/close or turn on/off, and you can hop between objects as a spirit. you die at night and have until 7 am to find out about who you are and why you died before your spirit goes away forever. throughout the course of the game, youll find people who die due to a series of unfortunate events, so it’s your job to go back in time 4 minutes before these deaths and manipulate objects to save them! all the while, youll learn more about who you are and all the characters youll meet throughout the game.
i played it over 4 years ago and i still get chills thinking about its story, i seriously highly HIGHLY reccomend it 🫶🫶

This was SUCH a good direct! This year is turning out to be one of the best years for new games in a long time for me, as pretty much all of my favourite game series are getting new games/remasters/ports!! I’m particularly excited about the new Fantasy Life and Professor Layton games (as I was NOT expecting new sequels for those two series) and Game Boy/GBA games coming to the Switch is a dream come true of mine as well! Pikmin 4 and LoZ: Tears of the Kingdom were great to see too, obviously. I’m basically just feeling all the hype right now. xD

Nintendo has been on a mission to bring back Birdo in all the spinoffs and I am so here for it. Glad to see her back (and in all her colors no less which is rare!). I might just finally buy the dlc now.

@BakuLan23 doesn’t matter what birdo identifies as, what is it really? I’ve heard it’s a male that dresses like a female and that they did that for humor. But there doesn’t seem to be any solid answer.

Golden Sun, Metroid Prime Remaster and Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga were the highlights for me! I’ve been waiting on Nintendo to bring these to the Switch for what seems like forever and to get all three announced in the same Nintendo Direct is nothing short of amazing! I’m so excited! Thank you Nintendo!
I love how certain games like Tomodachi Life suddenly explode in popularity and then a bunch of people become desperate for a sequel, to be honest I really hope it happens in the future, that game was so fun

Damn right, loved that game as a kid, only issues with it was that pacing was kinda crap and the dialogue (IMO) went by way too slowly for my liking, but other than that… a really great, underrated gem of an game!
…Now if only they can port Gurumin to the Switch…
